I could not be happier with our service from Percision Garage door. We were due to leave town when our garage door stopped working properly. Percision scheduled me for the same day service on a Saturday. Our technician, Aaron was very pleasant, explained the problem and offered solutions. He ended up replacing our unit, rollers, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even programmed my wife’s car to use the opener. Our garage door cable came off the pully during the holidays.. we closed it and waited.... a couple weeks later.. looked on the internet and came across Percision. We liked that there is no extra charge for day, night, weekends! We made an appointment online... The technician was running late... but made up for it with his great personality and his ability to get the garage door back on track. We had a garage door spring go bad suddenly, and needed same-day service. We got that, and then some. Pat was prompt, and fully explained the process of getting the door repaired. My tech was Curt V and he was very curtious and conscientious about his work. Things did not go smoothly for this repair and he never got upset or unsafe. His workmanship was good, the spring he used was based on the ones he took off and he felt the door was still too heavy. He then proceeded to try another spring pair and they were better but the drums for the cables were worn too much and as we were checking the installation the cables slipped off the drum. Soo, as we chuckled the third time is the charm and it was perfect after replacing the drums. I will say he got quite the workout today, but kept a positive outlook and worked nonstop until it was done right and done safely.

I would never recommend your company to my neighbors, your tech never even looked at my garage door he just went into sales mode and wanted to sell me a $980.00 opener. He took my $50.00 and ran would like a refund, your customer service told there was no service charge another lie.

I had many issues with my garage door. Derek arrived at 12:30pm and didn't leave till 6:00pm. He diagnosed all the problems, gave different options as to how to move forward. Went online to request an appointment since garage door opener was not lifting or lowering. Took several tries due to my internet but the gal was pleasant through it all. Sent Raziel out who diagnosed the problem and priced me a new opener. Raziel was excellent and made it a great experience. Got a quality job, quality opener and decided on new rollers to top it off.
