Our garage door stopped working on a Saturday at 4:00 PM, and a Precision workman (Trevor) showed up at 5:00. Everything was fixed by 6:00. Quick, diligent, and highly professional. This was the second time I used Precision and I will not be using any other company to service my garage door.

Precision did a great job with my garage door repair. The technician (Trevor) was amazing and very thorough in detailing all of the parts that needed to be replaced, and I really appreciate how quickly he was able to install new springs, ball bearings, shaft, as well as identifying an issue with my gear and sprocket set. Scheduling was easy and efficient. Availability was the same day (Saturday) and no extra fees for this. Once Treavor got to my house he was very pleasant, professional and helpful. He repaired my broken chain and looked over the entire door. He provided expert advice after the repair without any pressure. I will be recommending Treavor to my son and others without hesitation! The repair was very reasonably priced. I will be scheduling door spring replacement and shaft bearings very soon with Treavor and Precision Garage Door Service.

Whatever you do, DO NOT call Shamrock! It was night and day working with them and now Precision. From the moment the Precision rep walked through our door and shook my hand, even asked how my day was going, I knew I was giving Precision 5 stars.
