Review:

Hi Mr. Rapp, Tried to send an e-mail to you and it was sent back. We had the garage door put in on Tuesday. Sounded great when the tech left, but yesterday and today, the door is not as quite. So, I called the office,614-768-6353. She is sending our tech back on Monday. So, I hope things are resolved then. The only other thing is, some time down the line, I may reach out and see if if I can get the Thames window inserts. But all in all, very kind and hard working people you have working for you.
