I have used your company before and was satisfied. Seeing that you offered service 24/7 was also a plus since this is a holiday weekend. David H. was the tech who arrived less than 2 hours after I called for service. He was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and provided recommendations but never pressured me to select options I passed on. Overall, I was very satisfied. David was a pleasure to work with. I do have one issue to point out although it is minor. After I made the appointment, I received an email that was intended to give me an intro to the tech that was coming out. It showed pictures of many techs, but the email didn't tell me who it was that was scheduled to be here. So it wasn't very helpful, but I like the concept.

David Hejduk came to replace broken garage door opener and done a very good job. He called right before the time frame that office told me to informed when will he arrive. He explained things clearly and helpful. It was late afternoon and he worked through night to finish the job. He also cleaned everything with nothing left on the floor, no paper, not staple and no screw. Job well done, David. Great company and technicians to deal with.

He represented Precision overhead door company as being courteous, new his product and explained all options before making a decision on which garage door opener that i wanted. Precision had all parts to assemble and replace old opener with little down time and cleaned up after installation. Thoroughly explained how to work opener and i am a very pleased customer.
