Needed a garage door rebalanced before putting in a new opener. Called on Saturday and was able to get same day service, in less than two hours. Gary L. was the technician, arrived on time and went over the issue I was having. He offered to do an inspection on the door and went over his findings with me. Once we agreed on work to be done, he had all the parts and completed the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service!

The Technician arrived during the time they said and got right to work. He inspected the door to make sure it was in good condition, which it was. He then installed our door opener and did an excellent job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We finally gave in and decided it was time to replace our 30 year old garage doors, so after talking to a friend, we decided on Precision; we weren't disappointed. Choosing the design was easy enough, but the real surprise came when I received a call, much sooner than I expected, to schedule an install date. My installer was right on time, did a wonderful job, and left my garage and driveway perfectly clean when he finished ... In fact, every person that I spoke with and dealt with, from start to finish, was polite, helpful, and very pleasant. I called our three listed services in Newark Friday afternoon before 5 PM. They all went to a voice mail. I called your company after seeing the ad on TV. I spoke right away with Jennifer. She scheduled service for Saturday AM Kayne arrived on time, Repairs were extensive- but he explained all the options. He then completed the repairs expediently. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. His work and explanation of the repairs was very much appreciated. Please thank him and Jennifer for responding so quickly. If all the techs are like Tim T, Precision gets an A+ from me. An hour and a half from the time I called until Tim was leaving. Door had a new spring and three new bearings. Tim noticed wear on the spring bar and checked the bearings. One was totally locked. May save me a future service call.

We called on labor day weekend and had our garage door repaired within about 3-4 hours from the time we called to the time the repair was complete. Our technician (Tom) was professional, courteous, very knowledgable and did a very high quality job replacing our broken springs as well as all of the mechanical components of the door. The 7 year warranty on their work gives me a lot of peace of mind about the repair. We are very happy with our experience with Precision Door!

Precision Garage Door went above and beyond to replace our very old and broken garage door. They were speedy to give us a quote, then sent a repairman to take care of taking down and disposing of the old door and then install a new door.
