Our door had come off of the track, and Tim fixed it. He also found another issue with the door that would have been a huge deal in the future and would have potentially cost a lot of money. He reviewed with us what the issue was, and what it would cost to fix it. So glad he saved us from a future garage door disaster! My garage door came off the tracks with our cars in the garage. Broken tracks, brackets, and rollers. A picture would show that it was as bad as anyone could imagine. I called at 9pm, the operator said someone would be there by 8am. Instant relief, but I was skeptical about the ease of scheduling. The guy drove through a snow storm, that hit at early more rush hour, @50 miles and arrived on time. What happened next may seem like a mythical tale. He brought with him experience and knowledge, all the right tools, all the parts, and a great attitude. I wish the price was lower, but the garage door has never worked this good. He was able to prolong me from getting a new door until I can come up with the money. He was more than great. Fixed on time, one time, the first time. Thank you for sending me an email to post. Otherwise, I would have been to lazy to tell you to keep this great worker.

Well Jason just left, but my garage door sounds and works like a brand new door. He took the time to explain every step of the repair he was making and found an additional issue with a senor that he replaced while here. I chose Precision for our garage door repair because they would come to our area and had discounts to offer. John exceeded my expectations in service and diagnosing the problem within a couple minutes. He discovered that the "seeing eyes," the safety feature, had some loose wires. John told me that he just needed a five minutes to it. Sure enough, he had fixed the wires, greased the track and started on his paperwork before that time was up. Thanks for driving from Columbus - the drive was 3 times as long as the job. With such a great service, Precision is well worth calling any time your garage door malfunctions.
