I called 9:30 AM to get a broken garage door spring replaced. (Lashad) Lake was here before noon, looked over both garage doors and offered four options for one door or both, since I also asked about replacing seals on the bottoms of the doors and anything else that might be needed. He had everything needed on the truck and was done by 3:30. He was friendly, polite, explained all the options and didn't push for the most expensive one. Very glad he was the technician who came out and we would want him for any future work.

Derek M was an incredible representative for Precision Door Service. I called with my issue at 5:45 and he was at my house just over an hour later. He explained and went into great detail the issues we had, provided a range of pricing options for the repairs needed, and then got the job done with an excellent attention to detail. My garage door is like new and still blown away by how quick he responded to the call and the quality of work that was done while here. I chose to contact Precision after my garage door had broken while trying to get my wife’s car out of the garage. The service technician came out the same day. He gave me all of my options, with pricing, and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. They were willing to repair or replace the door if I wanted. I made the decision to replace the door and opener, and the office called that afternoon to schedule a replacement time. This all happened on a Friday, they arrived Tuesday to replace the door. The technician was prompt, polite, and made sure all the work was correct and the parts were in good condition. He even had another panel brought out as the first one was dented. Once the job was completed, we reviewed everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision for baby garage door service.

We had an emergency situation on Labor day weekend. I made a call to Precision, they sent a represenative( Alana), she then called and had a reparman( Tyler) come out. He was able to do the repair on the spot!!! This was all done in a matter of 6 Hours from the time I called to a finished job! WOW!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I purchased a new home and needed a garage door opener. My technician, Kayne, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Kayne had everything installed within an hour and throughly walked me through the product features. We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with. They stand by their warranties. They treat their customers like they’re actually people. They don’t take advantage of customers. I will continue using this company for any of my garage door needs. I have referred them to several friends who have used them and who are also been very satisfied
