I had an EXCELLENT experience with Danny Quinn. He called me on Saturday morning to let me know he was 30 minutes away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose our door's problem super quickly. He made it easy to understand what the issue was, and then clearly laid out my options for repair, as well as payment options. After picking the right product, he was able to install the new parts and clean up the area completely in what felt like a very short time. Once he was finished with the install, he walked me through what he'd done, and also taught me where/when I should do upkeep maintenance. Danny is a champ, what a pleasant experience!

Our garage door had a broken spring and I called the original installer who quoted me a price 4x what Precision had quoted. The original installer could not fix the door today but would have someone call me tomorrow. Precision said they could send a man out today between 12:00 and 4:00 P.M. Precision's installer arrived just before Noon and left about 2: 15 P.M. Fast service, friendly installer (Jim) plus reasonable price. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

I booked an appointment on-line around 8am. James from Precision called at 9:04am and was at my home by 9:20am. He advised me on the issues with the door and explained several options for repair. Once I decided on repairs, he completed the work quickly and explained everything he did. Very reasonable pricing for the work done. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

We recently had our chain motor break on our garage door. When I called Precision, they were efficient in getting us scheduled same day and they were as friendly as always. The tech showed between the designated window and was fantastic. Adam H was an amazing tech. He weighed out the couple options that we had and we ultimately felt comfortable replacing the entire motor. Adam did a quick and effective job with the replacement. Highly recommend both the technician as well as the company.

Garage Door is all fixed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service in Columbus. Their service is INCREDIBLE! David Morgan, our tech, was super cool. He didn’t try to sell us crap we don’t need. Reprogrammed everything and when we asked about an extra remote for our cars, he had one on hand and programmed it for us. Also, before they show up they send you a confirmation email including pictures of their technicians so you know who to expect when they show up. That is some above and beyond service right there!!!

My wife and I recently move here from California and my wife searched internet to find your company. I had two issues, the remote control garage door opener unit and the garage door opener unit in my Honda CRV would not work after I tried to program them several times. Dustin Keaton was the technician that came out to work on the problem. Within minutes he discovered that external remote control was not compatible with the door opener. Evidently the lady I bought the house from changed the garage door opener and never changed the external remote control unit. She previously told me she couldn't get it to work. He replaced the external remote control unit, cleaned out whatever program was in both units, re-programed them and they both worked the first time I tried them. Dustin was amiable and easy to interface with, very competent and I enjoyed the whole experience. If I need work done in the future I will contact your company and specifically ask for Dustin. He is a great resume for your company.

We built a new garage and needed a garage door opener installed. We had seen television advertising for Precision Garage Door and thought we'd give them a try. We were thrilled with our decision! They came out very quickly, gave a quote for 2 openers and did the work on the spot. Derek Mason was professional, courteous and gave a great deal of information so we learned a lot. We loved the openers he installed and also had him change the chain to a belt on our existing garage opener. We highly recommend Precision. What a difference. They can't have a better customer facing employee than Derek... he was great!

I was very happy with the service. Mr Walker answered all my questions and was very professional all the way through the process. He also said he could install a new opener for a very reasonable price, I had bought it about a year ago and just hadn't installed it yet. After he was done he cleaned up every thing when done he explained every I need to know about my new opener, As a former Installer and repairmen for the telephone company 40 years I would highly recommend Mr. Walker, Thanks for a job well !

Well, Matt Eberly of Precision Door service just left. Couldn't be happier. Simply wanted a new opener installed. Had Matt do a quick checkup of all components, including the door. He included us in on the inspection. We were given pricing options on parts and an urgency of what to replace and when. With no pressure to do so at this time. Absolute professional.
