The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!

I chose your company due to a flyer I received in the mail and your website. I kept them in mind until I actually needed your service. I was given an appointment for the following day and your technician, Tom, arrived on time. He was very courteous and helpful in diagnosing the problem and was able to install a new device the same day. He was very professional and likeable. He took time to answer questions from my neighbor who was experiencing the same problems and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my neighbors.

Thank you to your whole team who provided prompt and friendly service the same day I called. David Morgan arrived sooner than expected. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. He walked me through step- by -step and answered all my questions in a very helpful manner. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly he was. We have a very heavy door that the existing motor/opener was not able to support. It was metal grating on metal. David installed a new heavy-duty opener that is so whisper-quiet, I love it!!

And Matt Eberly did an excellent job and even checked our other door and said it was fine but in a couple years or so would probably need work. He was so right. Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.

Responded within 20 minutes of the scheduled. Was courteous and diligent with the problem solving. The problem was one he had not seen before, but talked to his supervisor twice and discovered the needed solution. He spoke with the factory to obtain the part under warranty. Turns out Genie only warrants parts for 1yr, but Precision stepped up and honored their 2yr warranty. It was nice they did that since I was 3 days out of warranty. Precision is the type of company that other companies should model their business after.

Went online around 11pm on a Saturday evening to see if I could line up something for the next week. To my surprise they had Sunday times available. Made an online appointment for Sunday morning. They called to confirm and he was out first thing Sunday. Everything was complete by 11a Sunday morning. Very quick process from start to finish. Quality service for a reasonable price

Precision was able to send a technician out the next day...a Saturday. Dylan Farrington called before coming and arrived when we expected. He was very efficient in his work. He showed us the problem and other things that could use attention, putting them in order by urgency and showing us the prices. There was no pressure...Just facts. The repairs were done well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was friendly and thorough.

Our technician James was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Did not take him long to complete the job. The parts prices are really inflated based upon my investigation.
