We received same day service from Precision. Our technician, Trevor Derifield, was extremely knowledgeable and provided incredible service. Our issue was resolved in short order and Trevor took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone having a garage door issue. I know that I will use them if I ever have another issue.

In a word...Yes! This is how you run a successful business. Joe was fantastic all around, starting with a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he took some time to ask me what I was looking for, really listened, assessed the garage environment, explained the process, drafted three options, and was done installing a new garage door opener within an hour. Hey carpet, window, and roofing companies...pay attention over here. No pressure sales. No haggling over a price. No calling a manager back at the office to see if the price can be specially lowered "just this one time." No hour long sales pitch trying to convince me Precision's products are better than the competition's. This is how you do it. This is how quality customer service is prioritized over increased profit margins. You could learn a couple dozen things from this company.

Able to get a tech out the same day I called. Garage door sensors quit working and he offered to fix my old ones for a cheaper price or to put in new ones… I took the new ones. Tech was very nice and personable and fixed the issue. Told me what was going on etc.

We had Precision Garage Door rebuild our garage door in 2022 and they did a fantastic job including clean up. In 2023 we had an issue with the garage door opener and they were quick to respond and also adjust the springs that assist in lifting the door. March 2nd 2025 one of the springs broke Precision was there within hours and replaced the springs at no cost to us at all standing behind their 5 year parts and labor warranty.

Excellent scheduling and repair technician. I never expected the repair to be done same day, but it got put on technician and he was there in the allotted time frame given. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected and lubed my current overhead door, and it works better than before. The new bottom sweep is very nice. I would use Precision in a minute and not try anyone else.

Same day service-my garage door would not open. My technician Muhammad Islam performed a review of my garage door and made recommendations to correct the issues. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner. Muhammad went over everything he had done and explained the changes that were made to my system. My sister has used Precision in the past so the company came highly recommended. Same day service is the best!

The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. Chose you as an extension of the old original installer - several merger/name changes, but service was just as good as the original - or better

The technician analyzed the operation and found that the safety photo eyes were not working. He replaced them and the door began with. He did not adjust the height the door raises and after he left I discovered that it is too low. He also promised that I would receive a receipt for the parts & labor of this visit and a quote for a replacement door opener. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BY EMAIL OTHER THAN THIS SURVEY. I called Precision at 2:00pm, Dave was here to repair my garage door by 4:25pm. Took a look and inspected my door. Went over different options to have the door repaired, I chose what would work for my budget at this time. Dave got right to work and finished within an hour. The problem we were having with our garage door opener got fixed...for now anyway. The repairman did nothing more than what we had been doing to the opener and door. But, for some reason, it worked for him. We hope the repair lasts - but it may not - as we made the same exact repair ourselves a few weeks ago; it worked at first, but the door gradually started to not close all of the way, and became worse with each day. The repairman was very professional, kind and considerate, and let us know of Precision Door's policy to apply today's repair fee to a call back if they must return to further figure out what problem the door might be having.
