Had Gregg install a new opener today as mine was no longer working. He did a great job and I asked for him when I called Precision yesterday..He replaced my springs two years ago and I was impressed with his expertise and quality and his personality. Only disappointment was that I only received a $15.00 discount on this job and thought it would be much more.

I cannot overstate my satisfaction with Precision Doors for the job they did. From the sales visit, to the purchase of new doors and openers to the installation of the doors and openers they were total professionals in every aspect. Mr. Manning answered all questions we had and helped us compare the Amarr doors precision sells to their competitors products showing us the advantages of the Amarr doors and Lanier openers. Mr. Manning was then the person who installed the doors. I appreciate the fact that at the end of the day you could not tell that an installer had been in the garage. Every piece of waste product had been removed and the area was as clean as when he started. Both the openers and the doors have exceeded our expectations in both quality and performance. I recommend Precision Doors for any work you may need and rate then 5 STARS!

Gregg is right on time and efficient. We had our garage door springs installed in 2001 by you and got the lifetime warranty. Got both springs replaced today for only a $55 service call. Gregg was able to get here just a few hours after it broke. Thank you!

Had a new spring installed today. Receptionist was as strong as I've ever encountered in terms of professionalism and that was just the intro to this company. I called about 9:00 am and the door was fixed by 2:45 pm. Tim was professional and courteous. He explained things thoroughly and I paid what I expected to pay. This isn't something you want to deal with every day, but I'm a customer for life at this point. Well done.

Eric was a great technician for us - answered all our questions on options and pros/cons, did a good job on installation, and clean-up. We appreciated the weekend and evening availability for quotes, quote on day of meeting, prompt requotes when we altered work and coordination of the work. They only suggestions I would have would be to have extra color samples since that took more effort than it should and that our opener model does not have a feature to turn on the light when the beam is crossed - the only items that reduced rating. Product choices were good and pricing competitive.

Tim did a great job replacing a broken spring after hours. He mentioned a service special which would also replace the rollers...which was something I had thought of doing from time to time. Tim worked quickly and with quality...the only noise you hear now is the hum of the opener.

Tim came, he saw and he conquered. He removed and installed two garage doors (one double, one single) and two openers. He wrapped up the whole job in less than a day. Now instead of rotting, noisy doors/openers, we have smooth, quiet doors that will save us heating bills in winter. Top notch work.
