Technician just left my place after restoring all old moving parts on my garage door with new ones. He was very professional, informative and courteous. I rate the service at 5. It is yet to know if I will have future problems with the repair that was done. I do feel your rates are rather pricey.

We have used Precision in the past for service and had a positive experience, so called again when our 25 year old wood door broke. Tim inspected the door on Monday and we decided to go ahead and replace it. He returned the next day, as promised, to install the new door. He explained everything he was doing and was very efficient. My initial reaction is that the door is goood looking and very well made and expect to receive long service from it. Great experience!

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning with one car that was needed to get to work Monday morning trapped inside. We were thrilled to find a company that would come out on a Sunday at no extra charge. The service was prompt and the technician was professional.

Today is Saturday, March 28th. We opened the garage door with the opener like normal, but heard a load bang. The spring had broken. The door is a very heavy wooden door and it was all my wife and I could do to open it from the inside. I'm sure that we could not have opened it from outside with no handles. I called around to several door companies that I had dealt with in the past, but no one was open. I called Precision and was told that John would be out within 2 1/2 hours. John came in about 45 minutes and repairs were made within about 1 hour. I could not be happier with their service. I would highly rate them and will use them again when I replace these wooden doors. Excellent service!

Many times when people have an appointment between 5 PM and 7 PM at a strangers house they show up with an attitude or try to rush, John did neither of these two. Great service, the product seems to be working without error and I am pleased with my purchase.

Yes, except for no name on truck. Technician explained new trucks were coming. He was very well trained, very professional and very personable. We would definitely give your company a 5-star rating. You came the same day we called, earlier than expected. Your technician immediately solved the problem with our garage door and told us our options for repair. He gave us two options and we asked for his professional opinion on which option he would recommend. We went with his recommendation. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Spring on the garage door broke at 5 pm on Sunday. We needed service quickly because my wife had knee surgery scheduled on Monday am. Found you on internet called and repairman arrived a little before he was scheduled and had the door operating within an hour. Service was very good, but I was told I could get a receipt by email but none was forwarded. Would be 5 stars, but I emailed a request for the receipt for payment on the next day and now six days later have still not received a receipt for payment. 4 stars.

There's no question about two things: your service is amazing and your prices reflect it. I guess that's fair. The whole experience was great, except for the quote and bill. From the website appointment to the photos of technicians to the manner of your telephone staff, you can't be beat. Next time I might shop around, but if I want superior service, I'll go to you every time.

Today was the first time I have used Precision Door. The garage door spring had broken and I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door and the person who answers the phone was very nice and helpful. The technician Greg was here actually before the scheduled time which was great he called about 15 minutes before to make sure he could come out early. He was efficient and very nice. I definitely continue to use Precision Door for my garage door needs and recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service.

After 2 phone calls and being on hold for over 15 minutes with other garage door companies, I called Precision shortly before 5 p.m. A technichian was on my doorstep promptly at 7 and service, replacing a broken spring, was completed within the hour. The technician was professional and the quality of repair was high as was every aspect of interaction with Precision. I appreciate the quality of service. I highly recommend Precision.
