I called Precision Door after reading multiple reviews. Mike Klaiber was the technician that they sent to give me an estimate. He was very professional and explained my options and answered all of my questions(pro/cons & pricing). Mike installed the New Garage door same day and did a very nice job on the installation. He then explained all of the maintenance that I should do for longevity of the door, rollers, and springs. While he was here he also worked on my shop door and it is working significantly better. I would recommend Precision Doors and especially Mike Klaiber.

I called this morning, and John was at our door at the scheduled time, very polite and personable. He quickly discovered the problem with the opener. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and did it. The door works perfectly now. We will definitely call Precision whenever we have a problem with out garage door, and will be glad to see John again, because we know he knows what he is doing, and will do a great job. 5 stars for sure!

This was an emergency call that was handled very quickly. Eric was the technician. He took the time to go over the whole garage door system (17 years old) and advise us as to what really needed to be repair. I highly recommend Precision and Eric. Precision came highly recommend to me from a friend. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. Tim was able to arrive a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and called to confirm if I was available. Tim was very polite and courteous, assessing my problem and informing me of my options. I ended up needing to purchase a new opener. Tim was not pushy at all and answered my questions. I had already watched the video on your website, so I was aware of the types of garage door openers available to me. I purchased a Precision Door opener with a keypad and with two additional remotes. Tim was very quick and efficient and had the door installed in no time. My remotes were programmed quickly and I was all set. I appreciate the prompt response and the expert service I received.

Technician just left my place after restoring all old moving parts on my garage door with new ones. He was very professional, informative and courteous. I rate the service at 5. It is yet to know if I will have future problems with the repair that was done. I do feel your rates are rather pricey.

We have used Precision in the past for service and had a positive experience, so called again when our 25 year old wood door broke. Tim inspected the door on Monday and we decided to go ahead and replace it. He returned the next day, as promised, to install the new door. He explained everything he was doing and was very efficient. My initial reaction is that the door is goood looking and very well made and expect to receive long service from it. Great experience!

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning with one car that was needed to get to work Monday morning trapped inside. We were thrilled to find a company that would come out on a Sunday at no extra charge. The service was prompt and the technician was professional.

Today is Saturday, March 28th. We opened the garage door with the opener like normal, but heard a load bang. The spring had broken. The door is a very heavy wooden door and it was all my wife and I could do to open it from the inside. I'm sure that we could not have opened it from outside with no handles. I called around to several door companies that I had dealt with in the past, but no one was open. I called Precision and was told that John would be out within 2 1/2 hours. John came in about 45 minutes and repairs were made within about 1 hour. I could not be happier with their service. I would highly rate them and will use them again when I replace these wooden doors. Excellent service!

Many times when people have an appointment between 5 PM and 7 PM at a strangers house they show up with an attitude or try to rush, John did neither of these two. Great service, the product seems to be working without error and I am pleased with my purchase.
