I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.
Mr. Patterson, I want to first apologize for the negative experience that you had with our company, but, we are happy we were able to get your door up and running in a timely manner. As for the quality of parts, we use the highest quality parts that are locally made for our applications. The industry standard for springs is 10,000 life-cycles. Our springs are 30,000+ life cycles. We cannot speak to any other companies quality of parts or pricing but stand behind the parts that we install. Again, we are happy that we were able to help you get your garage door back and running properly. Over the life of the spring I do hope that you will see the quality difference in our products. While going through a list of 4 names I received after consulting Angie's List, someone from Precision called me on the phone. They said they could handle the repair I needed. And the tech, Alex, was right on time the very next morning. After examining the problem, he had to leave to get the needed part, but returned when he said he would and had the work done within the expected time. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He tweaked the door a bit to get it operating more smoothly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone with garage door "issues." I'm getting a new home ready to move into and this was by far the easiest "repair" job I've had done so far. 5 stars! for sure.

When closing my metal garage door, a panel buckled on one side and two panel wheels came off the track. I thought it was ruined. I called Precision Door in an emergency situation and Tom was dispatched within 2 hours. Tom's first opinion was the door should be replaced. His methodical approach to get the door back on track was fantastic. He made adjustments, the buckled section actually righted itself, he inspected all sections for safety and operation and all was accomplished in 1 hour! You folks are fantastic! You are truly a five-star company.

I requested an estimate to replace my garage door. The time was set by you or your employee. While visiting my very ill husband you came at a time I wasn't home. Keep in mind YOU set the time. I was at home 1/2 half hour before the scheduled time. No I haven't returned your calls. There was no reason to do so. Your quote was twice as much as other reputable business's. I will not be using Precision Door. Since you requested me to fill in the "Service Performed" slot, I did so since I would not be able to send a review otherwise. DO NOT BELEIVE IT. I will not be using your company.

Our spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and we were expecting to wait until Monday before we could call to get an appointment with someone then my wife found the website for Precision door. After a call, we were scheduled for 9-11 on a Saturday night. The technician, Tim, got here early and was done by 7:45. The price for two springs and weekend service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision if you ever need their services.

I was surprised that the company was willing to repair our garage door on a Saturday. The service man called prior to coming out, which I had asked him to do. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable he inspected out entire garage door apparatus and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and had even made an adjustment that made our garage door preform even better than it had before our spring broke. I would definitely use this company again!

Very pleased with the prompt service we received. Our garage door spring broke and Tim, the service guy, was to be here between noon and 2:00 p.m. the same day I called. He arrived at noon, saw the problem and fortunately for us, we had had a complete door overhaul done about 10 1/2 year ago, so the door still was covered under the warranty. Therefore, it cost me only a service call. He was finished and gone all within 30 minutes or less. Would definitely recommend this company highly.
