Alex was great he kept working until my garage door opener was opening from the sidewalk. I was ok with it opening from driveway but he wanted it perfect and working like it supposed to. Both my springs were broke and now my garage is quiet and working like new.

Picked Precision from the telephone yellow pages. Was desperate as whole garage door opener assembly broke loose from the ceiling and was laying on top of my car. Your tech knew how to handle the situation and how to get my car out of the garage so he could go to work to reinstall the whole garage door assembly.

I am very Pleased with Precision Door. They were the first company I found on the web. I made a Saturday appointment, Tom was our technician came out and did a GREAT job. My opener had been on the blink for months and I decided to get it repaired. Precision had tons of good reviews so I chose them. Dustin called and said he could be earlier than scheduled, great! He sadly could not resurrect my old opener but replaced it on the spot with a newer much quieter one. He did a great job and explained the new one. My partner and I very much enjoyed spending a few minutes just chatting with him afterward, he has an A+ personality! Would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.

While going through a list of 4 names I received after consulting Angie's List, someone from Precision called me on the phone. They said they could handle the repair I needed. And the tech, Alex, was right on time the very next morning. After examining the problem, he had to leave to get the needed part, but returned when he said he would and had the work done within the expected time. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He tweaked the door a bit to get it operating more smoothly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone with garage door "issues." I'm getting a new home ready to move into and this was by far the easiest "repair" job I've had done so far. 5 stars! for sure.

When closing my metal garage door, a panel buckled on one side and two panel wheels came off the track. I thought it was ruined. I called Precision Door in an emergency situation and Tom was dispatched within 2 hours. Tom's first opinion was the door should be replaced. His methodical approach to get the door back on track was fantastic. He made adjustments, the buckled section actually righted itself, he inspected all sections for safety and operation and all was accomplished in 1 hour! You folks are fantastic! You are truly a five-star company.

I requested an estimate to replace my garage door. The time was set by you or your employee. While visiting my very ill husband you came at a time I wasn't home. Keep in mind YOU set the time. I was at home 1/2 half hour before the scheduled time. No I haven't returned your calls. There was no reason to do so. Your quote was twice as much as other reputable business's. I will not be using Precision Door. Since you requested me to fill in the "Service Performed" slot, I did so since I would not be able to send a review otherwise. DO NOT BELEIVE IT. I will not be using your company.

Our spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and we were expecting to wait until Monday before we could call to get an appointment with someone then my wife found the website for Precision door. After a call, we were scheduled for 9-11 on a Saturday night. The technician, Tim, got here early and was done by 7:45. The price for two springs and weekend service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision if you ever need their services.
