I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.

Very meticulous work done today by Muhammad who was friendly and explained the entire process to me, including safety and future maintenance considerations. He replaced every moving part which was worn and the spings. The system is much quieter now and smoother. I trust him and will recommend Precision to everyone.

The technician who serviced our home was polite, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He noticed a separate problem we had not asked him to solve, he explained it to us and the cost of repair, and the necessity of the repair and stayed until it was corrected. We had ordered a universal remote which had not arrived, he let us borrow his until ours arrived. We could not have been more pleased with him and Precision. Thank You!

There was an issue with the remote and wall mount and the door would not operate. It just clicked but never opened or closed. Technician arrived on time and the problem was identified and fixed. Technician explained the issue and explained the cost.

Service was immediate the day after contact, and on time. Door was repaired, appears to be operating as expected. The cost is a little greater than might be the case with other companies, but we've had service from another one in the past, which was not immediate, and communication regarding timing was poor. Used Precision in the past with very good results and service.

I made an appointment to have broken springs replaced and the technician was at my door by 10:20AM. Our technician, Andrew, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a real professional at all times. No pressure, just straight answers. The work was top notch and the price was fair. I was very pleased with the Genie opener quality and features. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!
