Had a great experience. The tech was able to explain his evaluation of my door and what work needed to be done with it. After he fixed the door he explained what a properly balanced door should look like. He left my house/garage in clean condition and took old/broken hardware with him.

I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.

I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.

Very meticulous work done today by Muhammad who was friendly and explained the entire process to me, including safety and future maintenance considerations. He noticed a separate problem we had not asked him to solve, he explained it to us and the cost of repair, and the necessity of the repair and stayed until it was corrected. Service was immediate the day after contact, and on time. Door was repaired, appears to be operating as expected. The cost is a little greater than might be the case with other companies, but we've had service from another one in the past, which was not immediate, and communication regarding timing was poor. Used Precision in the past with very good results and service.
