My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.

I’ve used this company often. I had a broken spring that was still under warranty so no charge. Andy found some very worn parts that needed replacement. Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.

After an internet search, I gave Precision a call based on the reviews I saw on their website. they were able to send a technician out on the same day and he was prompt and communicated arrival time very well. The tech, Danny, did a good job explaining why my opener wasn't performing well and after an estimate, was able to install the necessary new opener in good time.

The man who worked on my garage door was very good. He was helpful and efficient. You are supposed to come and finish the job in 3-4 weeks. That is fine. I did feel that the garage door opener was a little too expensive. I don't know what one would cost at the store but I imagine it wouldn't be more that $500. This one cost $1300. I also was told that I would get an invoice in an email, but as of yet I have not received one. Other than that I am pleased with the service and look forward to having my new garage door installed.

One of our garage door springs broke over a weekend. Our cars were outside, so we used the online service to make an appointment for the following Monday. Easy to schedule at a convenient time. Joshua called us to let us know he was on his way and he showed up on-time. He was very professional and friendly. We discussed the door issue and he evaluated the entire door operation. We needed to replace both springs. We were advised ( not required ) to replace the 3 bearings on the door too. So we agreed to all repairs suggested, since we hadn't had that service in over 15 years. Joshua finished his work in a little over an hour. He showed us exactly how to grease the garage door springs and rollers to keep the door in good working order. The door works great now and we were very pleased with the interactions with Joshua and his work.

I had a new garage door installed by Precision that popped a spring after about 6 months. The spring actually pulled apart from its mounting bracket. The repair technician, Adam Moore, arrived the same day and discovered that the door springs that had been installed were too small for the door, which caused stress on the spring and caused it to pop apart. He replaced both springs with the proper size and the door opens much easier now. Thank you to Adam Moore for his competency, knowledge and expertise in correcting the problem.

I called to have what I thought was a minor problem fixed on my 30 year old door. The technician game to my home at the prescheduled day and on time. As I started pointing out to the tech my other annoying little problems with the door, the tech explained to me how all of these little problems were actually related to each other. He quickly gave me an estimate to have all of the minor problems fixed as well as some ideas of what will need to be taken care of sometime down the line should I be staying in my forever home. I gave the go-ahead for the repairs and in short order, it was done. Now I feel like I have what seems like a new door. Wow. I should have had this all done two years ago when I moved in. Very grateful to the tech for the work done.
