I made an appointment to have broken springs replaced and the technician was at my door by 10:20AM. Our technician, Andrew, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a real professional at all times. No pressure, just straight answers. The work was top notch and the price was fair. I was very pleased with the Genie opener quality and features. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!

My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.

Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.

After an internet search, I gave Precision a call based on the reviews I saw on their website. they were able to send a technician out on the same day and he was prompt and communicated arrival time very well. The tech, Danny, did a good job explaining why my opener wasn't performing well and after an estimate, was able to install the necessary new opener in good time.

The man who worked on my garage door was very good. He was helpful and efficient. You are supposed to come and finish the job in 3-4 weeks. That is fine. I did feel that the garage door opener was a little too expensive. I don't know what one would cost at the store but I imagine it wouldn't be more that $500. This one cost $1300. I also was told that I would get an invoice in an email, but as of yet I have not received one. Other than that I am pleased with the service and look forward to having my new garage door installed.
