My experience today with Precision Garage Doors of Columbus was excellent. They were able to come out the same day and fix the problem with my garage door. Mike their service representative was courteous and professional and was able to fix the problem with my garage door. I have used Precision Garage Doors of Columbus before and will continue to call them when I have an issue with my garage door.

My son had a great experience so I scheduled a tuneup - Danny was so kind and thoughtful, I was sweeping out my garage and he offered to use his leaf blower to complete it for me, saved me time and effort. He took care of my door and it is much quieter now. He explained future options for me as well which I appreciated. Great service!

I needed to have my gargage door replaced or repaired as it had stopped working . I chose Precision because of the great reviews. An precision employee , Derek, came out the same day. He was super friendly and after checking it out explained what the problem was and gave me a estimate , which seemed like a fair price to me considering everything needed to be replaced except the door and tract. Now everything is upgraded and looks and sounds like new. Thanks again Derek!

Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components. The technicians were professional, courteous and focused on providing quality service. They finished the repair work timely and efficiently. We were very pleased with the response and service from Precision Garage Door and confidently recommend them for any garage door needs.

He displayed strong technical knowledge in assessing multiple issues with our garage door and opener and explained them in detail. Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! Had a great experience. The tech was able to explain his evaluation of my door and what work needed to be done with it. After he fixed the door he explained what a properly balanced door should look like. He left my house/garage in clean condition and took old/broken hardware with him.

I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.
