Gary (Service Tech.) was great - felt like he gave a very honest opinion regarding servicing my garage door. Not only fixed the broken spring but for a little extra he would do everything to get the door to last/guaranteed for seven years. Not only saved me the worry also money not to have to invest into getting a new garage door for a few more years. Would highly recommend Precision to everyone.

I had an issue with the sensors on my garage door, and called Precision for repair. The technician, Michael B., also pointed out that my belt was in very bad shape. I ended up having him replace the whole unit, and he did a great job.

I was quoted a price for a new spring for our garage door over the phone. However, when the installer showed up, we found out we needed a different, more expensive system installed. I showed my frustration and the GM called me and said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that they could do it for the price I was told over the phone. The installer, Dustin, was very professional and kind and got the job done. That’s what customer service is all about ??????????

Tim Jr did a great job, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem I was having (door was raising after I shut it & was not raising as much as it should have). He adjusted the current opener and the adjustment worked, although he said the 18-year-old opener could fail at any time. It failed as he was leaving, so he returned & installed a new one. It all took about 2.5 hours & I am very satisfied. Thanks

We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done by Matt Eberly.

I was so impressed with precision door. I called on a Friday night and the technician was out first thing Saturday morning without an extra cost. He was polite and knowledgeable and repaired my garage quickly and for a low cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Jesse Burns did a complete maintenance review of my 14 year old garage door. Upon completion of the review he explained everything in detail , prepared a draft of what items needed to be fixed ,with a cost break down and I had the option to choose what work I wanted him to do. I chose the entire package due to age of the door and the supporting equipment. Great service, very professional work and he was a very friendly representative of your company. I needed the bottom rubber seal repaired on my garage door. After 2 handyman couldn't repair it I contacted Precision Garage Door since their website said they make those repairs and they have extended hours. I contacted them and they came out a few hours later and repaired it. Very satisfied.

Walker was our technician. He did an excellent job. When he did his initial inspection he pointed out that the springs were not adequate for the weight of the door. The old motor was showing signs of wear gears, and circuit board. He recommended the 3/4 HP Linear motor and better springs with a belt drive. Longer warranty and quieter opener. Very pleased.
