Our garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called Percision at 9:00 a.m., Sunday, and John arrived at 10:00 that same morning to fix the door. I called thinking I would have to schedule a time later in the week, but that was not the case. John did a great job and we were very please it was fixed so quickly!

The cable on my garage door broke on Friday. I called Precision Door Service Friday evening. A service man arrived Saturday early afternoon. He examined the damage and gave me an estimated cost for the work. Service rate for weekend work is the same as weekdays. He did not tried to sell me anything extra. The work was completed in a couple of hours. We were very happy with their service. Highly recommended!!!!

Jim called ahead of the scheduled visit to provide an estimated arrival time and was not late. He surveyed the door, springs, wires, etc. and we discussed what happed with the door. Jim was very courteous in his explanation of what required fixed, estimated the costs and worked diligently until complete. Afterward we discussed installation costs and process for entire new door since one fixed is 17yrs old. Very happy with the company, employees and email communication pre/post to appointment.

I needed my garage door spring replaced as soon as practical. I looked in the yellow pages for a company in Dublin area where I live. That is where I found Precision Door Service Company. I was told that a repairman wold arrive between 8pm and 10pm the same day. Gary arrived at 8:15pm. He was very professional and efficient. He completed the job in less than 1 hour. While I thought the repair was somewhat expensive I am glad I contacted Precision to do the repair. I would recommend Precision Door Service to others. Thus I am giving you five stars. Service was outstanding. I live in the Brandon neighborhood of Dublin. Got home from work and my garage door spring busted trapping one of my vehicles inside. Made the call to Precision and Gregg was out within an hour. He was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing and worked fast.
