Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.

I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.
