David was outstanding. My garage door sensors decided to stop working just as I was leaving for an appointment. He called to let me know he would arrive within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem sensors quickly and did a quick overall check of the garage door. Upfront reasonable pricing with no up charge for a weekend service!! Highly recommend!!

We have used Precision a couple other times. The service is 5 stars. This last time I had a broken spring on a Saturday morning. I called-the woman who set the appointment was very friendly and helpful, the technician, Trevor was very nice and knowledgeable. Our opener died yesterday morning. It's Saturday, it's cold, and the snow storm was predicted for today. I called a couple places but couldn't get an appointment until who knows when. I called your company and the lady said someone would be here between 12 and 4. I was thrilled! Dillon called on his way. He did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt so bad for him having to work, without gloves, as cold as it was. The door is opening and closing seamlessly. We had used a different company for 37 years, but couldn't be happier with Precision. Thank you!
