What a great job your company is doing! This sounds a little silly, but working with your company and service tech (Derrick) today, was easily the BEST customer service experience I've had in years. We were at Disney last week - and not even Disney matched the experience I had today. My garage door opener broke this morning, leaving the door hanging part open, part closed. I called Precision early this afternoon. A real live person answered almost immediately; very nice and professional. I gave her only my name, and told her I'd used your services before - and that I had a garage door issue. She immediately confirmed my address, phone number and email address (all of which was correct) -- and scheduled Derrick to arrive between 2:00 - 4:00. I immediately received a confirmation email, confirming the technician and his photo. By 1:30, I received a phone call from the technician to tell me he was on his way. He arrived by 2:00. I found Derrick to be very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgable and obviously skilled at what he was doing. He immediately diagnosed the problem (showing me visual evidence of the problem) - and offered me a solution. In the end, he was very efficient, no pressure, very upfront -- offering two different solutions and fixed the problem (installing a new garage door opener). He actually did such a good job - I asked him to replace the other garage door opener, that wasn't even broken, but was just as old. He did so -- having to make a second trip back to the shop and returned to add the second opener. All in all -- extremely well done. Beth (owner) -- congratulations to you and your team for putting together an amazing service with quality employees. A very tall order for any business, big or small, in today's environment. Precision Door Service fixed the garage door in less than 4 hours from the time I call Technician, Derrick is very professional and courteous Price to install the new hinge and Angle Iron cost of $155 (including Service fee of $55) seems a bit high but I am not sure about the costs since I never got any quote from any other company. I definitely recommend them for the time and quality of service I received. Thanks,

Precision repaired springs on our garage door in 2008. Unfortunately one of the springs failed and broke this week in 2016. I called Precision and they honored the lifetime warranty for the springs, immediately responded, and had our garage door working again within hours of the break. I would have to say that this is the most professional company I have dealt with...ever. Their attention to detail is obvious. After calling to make an appointment, I received a confirmation email with the ability to see who would be coming to my home for the service call. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem and answered all my questions. He gave me options for the repair without pressure to buy. We needed springs replaced, but I opted to do an overhaul on the rollers and bearings. The door runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision garage door company.
