Tim gave excellent customer service. You could tell he had been doing this for a long time. My door was just getting louder by the day. He installed a new spring and changed out some worn rollers. Now you can barely hear it. In less than an hour. Will recommend to friends!

They arrived when they said would. Then called before coming. Jonathon, the service tech was great. Also, Precision has pictures of their technicians on their website. Jonathon gave me 3 different options to replace my door springs and explained each one. After I agreed on the service I wanted, he finished quickly. Will call again if needed.

My garage door was mysteriously opening by itself. Dustin checked it out and within a few minutes identified several issues. He addressed the problem and took care of other concerns that were identified in the process. I was also very impressed he was able to get to the house the same day as I called in. To be honest I am still not very pleased with the price of the spring replacement which almost came close to the total price of the overall door replacement that I made seven years ago, spring inclusive from another company. I will say that the service job performed was outstanding and the technician really did a great job explaining all that needed done. it is nice that the replacement has a seven year parts and labor warranty and was great to have the job completed the very next day after I called in the evening. I just feel the price of one thousand dollars is way too high to pay for a spring replacement and more than likely will shop around for estimates the next time as I have never paid this much in the past before but perhaps the costs have risen this much with all companies. This is my first time using this company.

Precision installed our garage door in 2014 so I called them to give us a quote on a new opener. Gary arrived on time and showed me the options for a new garage door opener. He answered all my questions and was able to install the new opener in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision.

All I can say is…RUN! They wanted to charge me $985 for a $180 repair that was done in 30 minutes by a great company named The Garage Door Guy. They also charged me $50 just to come out. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and immediately we felt relieved that this would be fixed correctly. I will refer our friends to Precision Garage Door!

My garage door broke at 2 pm. My car was inside. I called Precision because they advertised 24 hour service. They told me a tech would be out between 4 and 8 p I had to call a friend to help me get my grandson from day care. On the way to the daycare, Precision called and said a tech would be there before 4. When I got home, Scott was in the driveway. He was polite, explained everything, and worked quickly. My garage door was repaired by 4 pm! Great service!
