Gentlemen who came out were on time & very personable. They solved the problem & we’re gone in a short amount of time. They understood what they were working on & explained the workings to me so I,too, understood the problem. As I told the senior tech when he was leaving - this is why you work with quality companies, problems are solved quickly & efficiently (I just called your company this morning) & before 1:00 pm problem solved!!

Communication was terrible--service tech told me I had three options to get my garage door working... #1 Good $1155; #2 Better $1515 or #3 Best $1715... no description of what I was getting, only that if I went with #2 it would have a 10 year warranty. So based on seeing a screen on his phone with just the information show above (no details)... I picked the middle #2! After the service, I received an e-mail showing the options listed above with the details of what all was included (first time to know what I was getting)... AND I noticed, the warranty is only for 7 years NOT 10! They have no paperwork, no pamphlet, no warranty certificate indicating what is and what is not covered. Later, I received an e-mail from the owner of the company-asking me to write a review-but if "for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation". So I called, obviously I was not permitted to talk directly to him. I talked with someone who argued with me and told me the office manager would call me back... that was on 5/15,,, NO ONE HAS CALLED! Be careful, ask for proof of what you are getting, know your warranty, ask for paperwork! Hopefully, if anything does go wrong they will honor their service?????

Kayne came today to assist us with an urgent Garage Door issue. Earlier in the day our Garage door cable broke and other issues were discovered! Kayne was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our issues! He also was upfront about our issue and gave us a couple of options which we choose to just replace the door based upon the age and issues. Repair work. Our Precision garage door was installed about two years ago and, in this morning, the torsion spring bar support plate came off from the wall and the door became unopenable. Furthermore, the support plate hit and broke the garage door window glass. I called Precision right away and the service man fixed in this afternoon. I was expecting that some troubles would occur soon or later but the most important thing is how soon the service person will show up and correct the issues. I'm so impressed and this is one of reasons we decided to have Precision. The service person, Derek M, is very polite and great service technician as well. By the way, it was no cost for the repair. Thank you!!!!

He very quickly realized we just needed to reboot a garage door opener to get it to open. We felt foolish for having him come all this way to our home, but he was very nice about it. I called Precision about my broken garage door springs and they came and fixed it the same day! Our technician Joe was great! He gave me all of my options without pressuring me. He installed new springs and a new motor in less than 2 hours.

This was an easy and comfortable process. I reached out for an inspection and possible repair related to the noise and rattling on my aging garage door openers. Scheduling (and rescheduling) through the chat was a breeze. Matt contacted me ahead of time, as promised, and arrived right on time. TV ads looked good and website emphasized your people. Very timely response in getting an estimate and installation. Megan Jewell provided the estimate and was very thorough and professional. She only "sold" us what we needed. Our installer was Alex Eliopoulos who did a very professional and timely job.

Gary Lemaster did an outstanding job. Gary called me in advance to discuss the problem I was having and he explained what the problem likely was. When he arrived, we went over the issue again. Gary then went to work, diagnosing the problem and inspecting the entire system. After he finished, he explained what he found and laid out the options. The process was very transparent. Given my garage door opener was 23 years old I elected to go with a new genie opener and other replacement parts. Gary thoroughly explained why, given the age of my system, I should consider the overhaul. I accepted all of Gary’s suggestions. Gary installed the new system and then explained everything to me. As I said, Gary did an outstanding job and he deserves a 5 star rating.

First of all I can’t say enough about our technician that came out and fix out door. He was so professional and polite and helpful. On a second note you are very over priced ! Charging me $145.00 each for a bearing plate that you can get at home dept for $11.00 Please re-evaluate your pricing $1000 to fix a broken spring is a little high !
