Very easy interaction via chat on their website, same day turnaround. They installed a new spring and door opener and I didn't feel pressured to do anything other than the minimum. Once I agreed to everything Tyler installed it with ease and didn't need a thing. He cleaned up after the work and even took the old parts with him! This is the way businesses should be run.

Apparently, my garage door cables and other parts had worn out which prevented the door from opening, even when manually applied. Not only fixed the broken spring but for a little extra he would do everything to get the door to last/guaranteed for seven years. I was quoted a price for a new spring for our garage door over the phone. However, when the installer showed up, we found out we needed a different, more expensive system installed. I showed my frustration and the GM called me and said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that they could do it for the price I was told over the phone. The installer, Dustin, was very professional and kind and got the job done. That’s what customer service is all about ??????????

Tim Jr did a great job, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem I was having (door was raising after I shut it & was not raising as much as it should have). He adjusted the current opener and the adjustment worked, although he said the 18-year-old opener could fail at any time. It failed as he was leaving, so he returned & installed a new one. It all took about 2.5 hours & I am very satisfied. Thanks

We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done by Matt Eberly.
