All I can say is…RUN! They wanted to charge me $985 for a $180 repair that was done in 30 minutes by a great company named The Garage Door Guy. They also charged me $50 just to come out. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and immediately we felt relieved that this would be fixed correctly. I will refer our friends to Precision Garage Door!

My garage door broke at 2 pm. My car was inside. I called Precision because they advertised 24 hour service. They told me a tech would be out between 4 and 8 p I had to call a friend to help me get my grandson from day care. On the way to the daycare, Precision called and said a tech would be there before 4. When I got home, Scott was in the driveway. He was polite, explained everything, and worked quickly. My garage door was repaired by 4 pm! Great service!

Springs broke friday evening and I was able to get an appt the next day. Technician was on time, courteous and informative. After assessing the situation, he quoted prices and performed the repair work. The problem was taken care of within an hour.

Right now I am feeling buyers remorse because I feel I paid way too much for what I received. I should have compared prices. I paid $940 for their cheapest springs ( only one year warranty), two cables and a couple of brackets. I feel like I paid hundreds over what it should have cost. The Installer was polite, timely and courteous but I am mad at myself for not just saying no and doing my due diligence and getting other estimates.

One of our door springs broken trapping a car inside. I called at 9:30PM - tech was there at 11:45AM the next day for a promised 12-4PM repair window. Tom the technician was very friendly and got our broken spring fixed quickly. I would have Tom back any time. Probably a little more expensive than I would have thought (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars), but overall a very smooth process with good people.

Tyler did the tune up and put a new screw for the flapping top strip for free! He also gave me the estimate for safer springs, bearings etc. I am planning to let him fix those things in a near future. Excellent service and quick responses!

The company is the BEST. They have provided us service since 2005. I recommend them on my FB and Next Door accounts and to all my friends. Our garage door is solid wood and very heavy so the springs and cable get a lot of wear. We’ve need service twice in 16 years. They come immediately if they can or always by very next day. The service repair people both times were so nice and so helpful. Service charges are reasonable.

Michael quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (wobbly rollers) and also pointed out several other issues that weren’t in need of immediate attention but could wait. He replaced the rollers and the door seal. My 35 year old door is good as new!

Suddenly Wednesday evening we had a broken garage door opener. Saw an advertisement for garage door repair, etc. and called Precision Thursday morning. Derrick was available at 2:00 Thursday afternoon. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. New garage door opener by 4:00 Thursday. If you need a very competent garage door technician. Call Precision and ask for Derrick.
