Excellent experience with John. Arrived earlier than what was communicated. No pressure to go with what he recommended when he replaced the spring in our garage, and even warned us on what to look out for in the next year or so. I would specifically request him for future work that might be needed.

I have used Precision before on another garage door in my home. They provide prompt service. Tim arrived early and replaced the broken spring on the garage door and lubed the rollers and hinges. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door's services.

I would have to say that this is the most professional company I have dealt with...ever. Their attention to detail is obvious. After calling to make an appointment, I received a confirmation email with the ability to see who would be coming to my home for the service call. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem and answered all my questions. He gave me options for the repair without pressure to buy. We needed springs replaced, but I opted to do an overhaul on the rollers and bearings. The door runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision garage door company.

5 star service. Our garage door broke (cables) on Sunday evening. We were very concerned about being unable to get the cars out Monday morning. Called Precision about 6:30pm. Tim (great guy) arrived at 8pm as scheduled. He replaced the broken cables and adjusted the door at what I thought was a fair price. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

Hello, John came out to take a look at my current garage motor and see if it was possible to program a universal remote to it. Unfortunately my motor is outdated and no longer produced so finding a universal remote that may work on it, John told me, may be tricky. If no remote can be found to program to my motor I am going to have to purchase a new motor and I'd like to give your company the business but I will have to wait until January/February because of financial reasons. I'll just need some time to save a bit extra. John was very pleasant and I appreciated him telling me what the situation was. If a representative from your company can follow up with me and let me know if a universal remote is doable I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Jeff
