A part on my garage door was broken. One call to Precision put me in touch with a service person who scheduled me for service the next day. I was given a choice of 2-hour openings. The technician called to let me know he was on the way and showed up promptly. He immediately spotten the problem and had the correct part on his truck; he told me what the cost would be. He fixed the problem quickly and demonstrated to me a door that opened and closed properly and was secure. I paid with my credit card on site. I appreciate the technician--his knowledge and personal approach--and Precision for their realistic TV ads (using real employees, not actors). I will refer friends to Precision.

Your two employees (Aaron and Charles) handled our frightening situation with professionalism and knowledge. We were comforted by their attention to our needs and their obvious expertise and skill. We sensed they enjoyed their work. Our damaged garage door now operates as good as new with the repairs (vs replacement) which were made promptly and efficiently - like magic! I called Precision Door Service today at 1100 hours . My key pad and remote opener were no longer functional . Both car openers did work . Thomas Timmons the technician arrive at my home at 1230 hours … only 1/12 hours after I made my initial call to the company . I explained my issues with Thomas within 45 minutes he replaced my key pad with Liftmaster pad and reprogrammed my remote . All this while it is very cold outside . Very pleased with their professional treatment to me as their customer. Great job! Rick

Our garage door was not reliable when going down. It would partially go down and then go right back up. Our technician diagnosed the problem. I found Precision Garage Door Service through a Google search. When I phoned, I expected to get a recording, but I got a pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable lady who, to my surprise, sad there would be a service person at my address that afternoon. I had expected it would be a few days before the evaluation and estimate would be ready. David Hedjuk arrived right on time and told me he thought he could repair the door and not need to replace it. He gave me an estimate and said it would take him 2 or 3 hours to get the job done. I asked if he meant if he was going to do the repair right then and he said sure. I was so convinced the repair would not be done for days that I had bought yellow Caution tape to string across the door opening to keep people away. David repaired the door and pointed out ways that the initial installation was deficient and a bit unsafe. The door now is better than it was when it was new. This company and the employees I had the pleasure of working with are outstanding and I would certainly use them again, if needed.

After I made my decision , he proceeded to professionally installed the new spring system. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I was replacing a garage door opener and the garage door cable came off the track. Josh W came out early in the appointment timeframe and fixed it and rebalanced the door to close a gap on one end that was there before he started.

The technician arrived early, which was very nice and the spring was replaced in about 25 minutes. The springs are warrantied for 2 years, which is a year longer than the previous company I have used. I was also very appreciative that they were able to repair this the day after Thanksgiving.
