Very good service. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I called in the morning and had a tech on-site a couple hours later. Sticker shock. It was very expensive. The electric eye (safety feature) and spring was replaced. The spring was a recommendation. I am sure a smaller shop would recommend them, just be prepared $$$$$.

I had precision install a new door in July of 2023. No problems with it until recently when it started making some noise while going up. I called and got someone here next day. He had to realign the door due to settling. Now no more noise and the whole thing is quieter than when 1st installed. Fine job every time I have used precision.

Had a 16-year-old spring break on my garage door this morning (nothing else sounds like that noise coming from your garage!). I contacted Precision after a quick web search for help, and saw their great reviews and promise of same-day service. I set up the appointment via their online live chat. Their representative, Mike, showed up the front end of their appointed time slot. Very personal and professional, he offered me some options, and completed the job in under 2 hours. Could not have been easier!

Our garage door was not closing anymore so we contacted precision. Our whole garage door system had been recently replaced in 2018. They stated that our whole safety system needed replaced which would cost over $1,100. We have a toddler and a newborn at home so we had it replaced. I thought it seemed very expensive. After talking with my dad, he took my itemized statement to his garage door company and they stated I was over charged by about double and that some of the parts replaced would not of needed replaced for what was wrong with the garage door. Super unfortunate since the salesman saw that we had a newborn and he still overcharged us by double for our garage door, replaced parts that didn’t need done, and took advantage of us. I Definitely do not recommend and I will let my coworkers know to never use this company and let my neighborhood Facebook group to never use this company!

I chose Precision a few months back because they had a good reputation. Although my new door was looking good, it seemed to be noisy when operated. The technician who serviced the door today was very thorough and determined the needed adjustments. He worked with efficiency and explained what he had done to correct the problem. I am now satisfied with the operation of the door with less noise. Because the door was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. Thank you, Precision!

We chose Precision Door to replace our two garage doors because they had done previous repairs for us and on those occasions they were fantastic to work with. Their consultant, Megan was very helpful and informative in our in-home meeting today so she made our decision to use Precision Door to replace our garage doors an easy one. Shame, shame on us for not doing our homework on the typical cost to replace a garage door lifting system. To their credit (although I am so angry that giving this "credit" tastes like bile in my mouth), Precision came out in a timely manner to replace our 7-year old garage door lifting system. They replaced everything (except the door and the opener) and we are happy that the door is again working. HOWEVER, the bill was $3000! That is not a typo...$3000. They also performed an assessment on our other garage door and offered a $500 "deal" if they replaced it today. We did not pursue the 2nd door as I didn't feel good about the price. Once the work was done and we had paid, I still felt uneasy about the charges. So I finally spent the time to find out if our $3000 bill was typical of other companies in the area would charge. The estimates have been $500 to $625 FOR THE SAME products and labor. Again, shame on us for not doing our research, but BEWARE of this company. We have never experienced this level of a ripoff in our lives and are shocked that the technician could even keep a straight face when talking to us. "What dopes", he must have been thinking.

Hello, I cannot remember why I called Precision over 5 - 10 years ago, but I have used them 5 or 6 times for various problems since then. They have always come quickly (my calls always seemed urgent), this last time they were able to fix the door, text me a picture, while I had to be away. Perhaps more importantly, their pricing has always been fair and the people, from the office to the repair personnel, always pleasant and willing to take time to explain. I appreciate all of this.
