Thanks, Dimitri! It was so nice to have a technician arrive to rectify our problem who is knowledgeable, honest and ready to do the job right the first time. He replaced our garage door opener, springs and control devices-so far so good. Price was a little daunting, sign of the times I guess...but we appreciate the efficiency and service!

En was helpful, courteous and made it easy for us to select a new door. Glad this company was recommended to me by two others when I didn't know where to go.

Tim is exactly why Precision should be your first choice in overhead garage door service. He is truly a professional that takes extreme care in delivering service to the customer. He was more than I could ask for in a technician, knowledgeable, efficient and an all around great person. I don't wish for any other problems with my overhead doors, but if I do, I will immediately call Precision and request Tim again!

We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with. They stand by their warranties. They treat their customers like they’re actually people. They don’t take advantage of customers. I will continue using this company for any of my garage door needs. I have referred them to several friends who have used them and who are also been very satisfied

I called 9:30 AM to get a broken garage door spring replaced. (Lashad) Lake was here before noon, looked over both garage doors and offered four options for one door or both, since I also asked about replacing seals on the bottoms of the doors and anything else that might be needed. He had everything needed on the truck and was done by 3:30. He was friendly, polite, explained all the options and didn't push for the most expensive one. Very glad he was the technician who came out and we would want him for any future work.

Derek M was an incredible representative for Precision Door Service. I called with my issue at 5:45 and he was at my house just over an hour later. He explained and went into great detail the issues we had, provided a range of pricing options for the repairs needed, and then got the job done with an excellent attention to detail. My garage door is like new and still blown away by how quick he responded to the call and the quality of work that was done while here. I will use Precision Door Service again and recommend the service to anyone because of Derek M.

I chose to contact Precision after my garage door had broken while trying to get my wife’s car out of the garage. The service technician came out the same day. He gave me all of my options, with pricing, and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. They were willing to repair or replace the door if I wanted. I made the decision to replace the door and opener, and the office called that afternoon to schedule a replacement time. This all happened on a Friday, they arrived Tuesday to replace the door. The technician was prompt, polite, and made sure all the work was correct and the parts were in good condition. He even had another panel brought out as the first one was dented. Once the job was completed, we reviewed everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision for baby garage door service.

We had your company service our garage doors twice before. When we got the email that you were offering a n/c service call, we knew it was the right time to have that 'funny noise' checked out. Thank you!!! Dustin was very professional and efficient! He would be welcome to come again if we ever need service again.

What a pleasure to deal with such professionals. Tim, the repair technician who helped me, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and kind. My garage door was bigger than what the company usually handles, but Tim worked with them to innovate a solution that works for me, and then implemented the fix with all due speed. I appreciate what a gentleman Tim is and how he handled my repair with both skill and grace. Thanks, Tim, and thanks, Precision.

I purchased a new home and needed a garage door opener. My technician, Kayne, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Kayne had everything installed within an hour and throughly walked me through the product features. Kayne also noticed that my garage door was not properly lubricated and he fixed that issue, which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Great job! Our garage door began jumping the track and needed replacement of 14 year old springs and improved gripped rollers. Of course this happened on the brink of a snowstorm! Tyler, our technician was timely, accurate, polite, socially distanced and wore a mask! Thank you Precision Door... excellent work and customer service!
