Our garage door suddenly stopped working and I searched for local places to repair, precision door service was the first suggested. I was able to chat with Holly online on Friday evening and get an appointment for the next day! Technician Dustin called when he was on his way and was very personable/professional the whole time. For the amount of parts needed to repair I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend precision doors!

My service tech Tom arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough in determining the problem with my garage door opener. He repaired it and even did a quick maintenance check and oiled the springs to make sure the garage door operated more smoothly. I really appreciated the extra effort and although this time I only needed a new garage door remote, I will definitely us Precision Garage Door when the need arises.

Tech gave me some options for my repair, and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. Gave me a final overview of the repairs and upgrades. Dustin was awesome! We just moved into a new build, and Dustin did a fantastic job of talking through our options for openers on our doors. He explained everything perfectly, and he even made sure that I got the correct information from our Smart Home provider so that our garage doors operated exactly as that provider had promised. He even offered to speak with them directly so that our needs would be taken care of. I wish the other companies that we worked with for other services for our new home were as fantastic as my experience with Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule, were fantastic to speak with over the phone and set up an appointment, and Dustin was a wonderful technician. We will absolutely be recommending Precision (and Dustin!) to others.

Alex came to our house today to help us with a problem. My Dad came to visit from Pittsburgh last night and as he pulled in he bumped the garage door and damaged it. He was mortified. He immediately called Precision in the morning and very shortly afterward Alex called. He was professional, pleasant, very helpful, empathetic, and made us feel very important. And he fixed our problem quickly. My Dad ordered a new door and if we’re lucky, Alex will install it! Thank you Jim and Precision!!

Alex gave us our quote and was our installer. Alex was able to add insight to questions that arose. He handled the install with ease and we now have a fully functioning, attractive door. I like that the tech who does the quote is also the tech who does the installation. Alex was professional, friendly, and polite. I will be recommending Precision in general and Alex in particular to friends. My only negative about the company is that it can take several people before you get to the one you need.

Hello, My garage door is not operating correctly. In last service call tech just pulled out and plugged back the plug it worked. Right now door door goes up and down constantly loosing power. I have pulled the plug several times and plug it back, it works a little while and then no power to the overhead motor. Please call Ken 614 378 9999

I had a great experience. Our technician David was able to come 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. He immediately found the problem with my garage door, which was a broken spring. He recommended we replace both since the old spring would likely break sooner than later. He also told me about that month's offer of "buy one spring get one half off," which helped bring the cost down. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Though Precision may not be the least expensive company in town, the experience, knowledge and product quality is worth it.
