Your tech came out on Tuesday and gave us 3 quotes with least expensive of $1100.00 on a 3 year old door. Got it fixed for $65.00. What a difference.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the most fabulous customer experience with Precision I had to write this one. After hours on the phone with Genie troubleshooters (several over a week), I was told I needed a new circuit board. I remembered the commercial “Precision-the name you can trust”. I called and that afternoon Kayne with Precision came to my rescue. He quickly evaluated the problem and fixed it. I did not need a new circuit board. He also instructed me on the correct lubricant to use to keep the door running smoothly and left me with the can (at no charge) to replace the WD40 I had been incorrectly told to use by the garage door installer (who was not with Precision). Kayne also took the time to make sure I knew how the remote, wall pad and outside keypad operated. Kayne provided courteous, patient and instructional service (a rarity these days)-it literally brought me to tears! THANK YOU!

I normally don’t do reviews but this company is an exceptional one it is run like a company should be run communication is outstanding employees are top notch I can’t think of a bad thing to say except I wish I could give them more stars. Wow! While home repairs on a random Tuesday night are never ideal - my customer service was awesome. I had a next day appointment made online at 10pm. Jason showed up the next morning right on time and was super friendly and helpful. Repair was completed in about an hour and he gave me different price options which was nice. Without a doubt - very professional and timely. Repeat customer for sure.

Jason was my service specialist and replaced my overhead garage door opener, keypad, and touch opener as well as other components that were defective or worn. He had everything he needed with him and performed all of the work in just a few hours. He also programmed my car to the new opener, put in the security code into the keypad, and explained how everything works, including if the electric goes out. I was referred to Precision Door by two other friends hi had similar work done.

Very pleased with the repair on my door. Tom was able to arrive on time and explained my options to fix my door and it works as good as a new door. He did.the job and was very friendly in explaining what maintenance i need to do. Price was a little higher than i expected but senior discount did help some and as my Mom always said you get what you pay for. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family

I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.

We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with. They stand by their warranties. They treat their customers like they’re actually people. They don’t take advantage of customers. I will continue using this company for any of my garage door needs. I called 9:30 AM to get a broken garage door spring replaced. (Lashad) Lake was here before noon, looked over both garage doors and offered four options for one door or both, since I also asked about replacing seals on the bottoms of the doors and anything else that might be needed. He had everything needed on the truck and was done by 3:30. He was friendly, polite, explained all the options and didn't push for the most expensive one. Very glad he was the technician who came out and we would want him for any future work.
