We had an emergency situation on Labor day weekend. I made a call to Precision, they sent a represenative( Alana), she then called and had a reparman( Tyler) come out. He was able to do the repair on the spot!!! This was all done in a matter of 6 Hours from the time I called to a finished job! WOW!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Alana M was the representative that came to my home. Alana is by far the best person I have ever had at my home that explained a product without being pushy or tell me what I wanted. I bought my house one year ago and it did need to have several things repaired, I have had several companies come to my home to give me estimates on service. I never bought from the first estimate, but I did with this product. I had researched for doors with all companies, I seen the commercials on TV for Precision - one thing that stood out for me was 24/7 service. Precision door representative Alana, had the most knowledge about her product, answering all of my questions by showing me pictures of how the end product would look on my home.
