We used Precision Garage Door when we had our new openers installed several years ago. Over time our keypads stopped working and not being good at home maintenance we just didn't get around to taking care of it. We did try switching out the battery and when that didn't work we just used our remote openers. However, I finally called Precision to come out and take care of it. First our appointment was scheduled quickly; the technician arrived on time, communication was excellent and the best part - there was no charge for the service!! Excellent customer service - highly recommend! Thank you

Joe arrived today ahead of schedule (after checking with me) which I was grateful for, and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me 2-3 different options and I chose the one that worked best for me. I appreciated his candor and honesty regarding the repair. I used to be with another company where the owner retired and sold it to Don’s and although I have tried them once, I was not nearly as impressed with them as I am with Precision. I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus to repair a garage door spring that broke. I chose Precision because of their excellent on-line reviews and I am glad I did. Precision technician David Morgan arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and he clearly explained everything to me. I authorized the service to be performed and the garage door was repaired. The charge was reasonable. David Morgan did an excellent job and I highly recommend both him and Precision Garage Door of Columbus to anyone who has a problem with their garage door.

The Technician, Tom Palmer was very helpful. We called, thinking we needed a new battery. He thoroughly inspected everything. He noticed that the springs were worn and needed to be replaced. Also, he noticed the wood holding up the bracket (Spring Pad Lumber) was cracked. He also replaced the weather seal on the bottom of the door. He was able to take care of everything within a couple of hours.

Pricing seems high but includes a three-year warranty which saves on labor for future needs in that warranty period. The tech was friendly courteous and timely.
