Chase came today and replaced a spring, cables and ball bearings. He was polite and clearly explained what repairs I needed. He was very thorough and once he was finished installing the parts he called me out to the garage to go over everything he had done. Precision just earned a customer for life.

The spring on our double garage door broke the day before Thanksgiving. I called and they were able to fit me in same day. Kayne came out fixed the door and we are back withe a garage door functioning like new. Great service both high quality and timely. Thank you Kevin

The estimator Ms. Alana listened to what I wanted which was to replace my two 40+ year old garage doors and the worn out opener on one of them. She showed me samples and really knew her products. She provided a fair price and the doors were scheduled for installation 4 days later. Alex Eliopoulos was the installer and showed up on time and did a absolute 100% professional job installing the doors, opener, and trim. He even programed my car for the new opener. As a retired licensed aircraft mechanic I could not have asked for a better installation job. Thanks Alana and Alex for your great service.

I was referred to Precision by a friend and also a neighbor who had work done by your company this year. I called in to get a quote, and to my surprise a technician was available the same day. John Rice arrived on time, gave me all the options to fix and upgrade my garage door mechanics and finished the repair in a very efficient manner. Had our springs replaced today. Tom. P. was prompt, professional and explained everything. The price was higher than expected when he gave me the estimate but, it needed done and done correctly. I was advised not to try this repair on my own. The service was fantastic however, I can't give 5 stars because of the cost.

My old opener wasn’t responding consistently when using my remote or keypad. Chatted online with Precision service tech and was surprised that they were able to dispatch a specialist immediately (and on a Sunday). James arrived, quickly assessed the problem (faulty board in the 25 year-old opener) and upon determining a replacement board was unavailable due to its age, quoted me prices and options on new openers. James had my new opener installed quickly and reviewed the new features with me before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the quick response from Precision and the work performed by James.

We were very pleased with our interactions with Precision Door from start to finish. We contacted them because we needed to repair or replace our garage door. They scheduled a rep to come out and evaluate our door on the same day. Sarah arrived promptly at the time indicated and assessed the condition of the door. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a few options and was not pushy. We were able to schedule the installation of the new door in a few days. Lake was scheduled to replace the door and he too arrived at the specified time. He worked steadily and installed the new door in the time he had indicated. He had to follow up with another visit to install the correct trim. Once again he arrived at the specified time. We were very impressed with the company's service. An e-mail confirming the staff member who would be coming to do the work preceded each visit. The e-mail included pictures and names of the staff members. A phone call preceded each visit with an approximate time of arrival. We would highly recommend Precision Door for quality of product, customer service and professional staff members.

Tim Jr. Was prompt, personable and friendly. He explained my options and answered my questions thoroughly. On-site 1 hour. The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

The entire experience was very good, very professional. They answered my call quickly, took my information, scheduled the work for two hours later. Dmitri was very pleasant and efficient. He analyzed the multiple issues with our 20 year old system and went over the options to fix. When he was done, he took care to see that we understood our new system and were satisfied with its operation. Five stars to Precision and Dmitri. I normally don't write reviews, but this service deserved one.
