I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing

I ordered a new garage door with window panels, when the door was installed I realized that the window panel was omitted. So, it had to be ordered and 2 more weeks wait time. The door is also not level and has to be adjusted, which I noticed after the installer had left. I also had a new opener installed, which works fine.

Setting up the appointment was easy. No long wait on the phone and very nice lady the rep who was able to accommodate us with the schedule. Alex was the tech who worked on our garage doors. I needed a minor adjustment on my opener which was installed about two months ago. The technician called and arrived about two hours early because he noticed (correctly) that it might be more convenient for me. The adjustment took only a few minutes, and the service technician elected to call this part of the installation process and waived all charges. Not only am I impressed with the level of service that he provided, I also am impressed with the authority that this company gives its technicians.
