Setting up the appointment was easy. No long wait on the phone and very nice lady the rep who was able to accommodate us with the schedule. Alex was the tech who worked on our garage doors. He was very professional, courteous, respectful and most important, he knew what he was doing and he did it right. Alex gave us good suggestions without us asking for it. Good communication, work was done fast. He doesn't waste time. We are very pleased with the service received.

I needed a minor adjustment on my opener which was installed about two months ago. The technician called and arrived about two hours early because he noticed (correctly) that it might be more convenient for me. The adjustment took only a few minutes, and the service technician elected to call this part of the installation process and waived all charges. Not only am I impressed with the level of service that he provided, I also am impressed with the authority that this company gives its technicians.

The company representative was prompt and profesional. The job turned out to more than I hoped. I knew I needed repair but ended up with garage door system rehabilitation and belt driven opener. Scheduled 2 to 4. Later, received a phone call moving appointment to 6-8. No one showed. Called after 8 to find out the system had me scheduled for the next morning which was never an option. With no options, rescheduled for the evening of the following day forcing me to miss a previously scheduled dinner meeting. Tech that finally arrived did a good job.

Once again PD provides amazing service. Called at 10 PM last night, door fixed by 10 AM the next day. One broken spring, both replaced under warranty. Jason knows his stuff. All this and no price gouging either. PD is the only place for garage door work.

I have worked with Precision Door Service of Columbus, INC. for many years. With any problem they are out with in a couple of hours. One time it was a Sunday afternoon. Now after servicing over the last couple of years and replacing needed parts, including an amazing belt driven garage door opener, they have expertly installed a beautiful steel garage door. One floor of my home is executive offices from which I operate a large retirement planning practice. We are in and out continually. That garage door has got to work and be dependable.
