Tim originally install my new garage door opener in July 2017, and did a great job. We just had our garage floor tourn out, and a new concrete floor poured. The door wouldn't go down all the way, due to the new floor being higher than the old one, which had dropped and cracked. Tim adjusted rails and down stop sensor, and the door functions correctly now. Tim pointed out a split in the door where the bracket that moves the door up and down, and that the original springs were looking like they may be going soon. We'll probably just have a new door, rails and springs installed in the not to distant future. We'll be calling Tim back to remove old door, and install new one.

Tim, a technician for RAPP Operations/Precision Door Service, did a great job installing a new LiftMaster belt-driven garage door opener and new garage door rollers. He also replaced a broken hinge he discovered while making minor repairs to a lower garage door panel. The entire job was done in less than an hour and a halve. The belt driven unit, along with the new nylon garage door rollers, was indeed very quite-- could barely hear it compared to the previous chain drive unit. The reason I gave 4 stars vs five stars (the job Tim did was clearly worthy of a five) was due to the amount charged for the parts replaced. However, after to speaking with RAAP's office manager, a reasonable adjustment was made to the final invoice. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by RAPP/Precision Door Service.

The price was great for the size door we needed, so we yes on the spot. Our appointment was set for one week later. I had a question about our service, so I contacted customer service via email, and Liz was excellent as well. Colin installed our door, and just like Ead and Liz, he was very friendly, prompt and professional. He cleaned up the area after he was done, and the door looks amazing! Ead's service was considerate, patient, and thorough. The inspection of our prior system was efficient, an explanation was accompanied by a photo of the problem. Options were presented without pressure, and a whole new system installed in 3 hours.

they happened to be across the street when the spring broke on the garage door with my car trapped inside. I called the company and they sent the repairman across the street to me and it was fixed within 1.5 hours. Great service and explanations. Will definitely use them again.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday of course. We called our regular garage door service company but no answer. I googled garage door companies in Westerville and precision came up. I read reviews and they were very good. I called the company hoping I could get someone out within a few days and was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come out on Sunday at no extra weekend fee. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Unfortunately because our unit was 23 years old we needed a new opener. Tim went right to work and was done in no time. He was kind and friendly and fast. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone with a garage door issue.

I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing

I ordered a new garage door with window panels, when the door was installed I realized that the window panel was omitted. So, it had to be ordered and 2 more weeks wait time. The door is also not level and has to be adjusted, which I noticed after the installer had left. I also had a new opener installed, which works fine.
