I was very impressed with every aspect of Precision Garage Door of Columbus Ohio. Their website gave me confidence I needed (A+ BBB rating). I called and they were very responsive on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn't gouge me with emergency service call fees. I really appreciated the email confirmation that included pictures of the staff for added security. (Great feature!) Tom arrived within the next hour after my call, and was very direct and honest. I felt very confident that we were in good hands. Tom was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing our garage door. I also appreciated the convenient payment methods, and very clear and understandable electronic invoice that was sent to me immediately upon completion of the work and payment. (No yellow copy with illegible handwriting that you tend to get for misc. home repairs these days.) Precision really knows how to run a successful business. Should the need arise, I will definitely call Precision again in the future!

We were in a full pledged "panic" when we had to get to the hospital and our garage door wouldn't open. I called the phone number on the website and a REAL HUMAN answered! No automated system! Precision Door Service immediately set up an appointment and within two hours the door was fixed. Mike, our technician, went above and beyond checking everything!!! Couldn't be more pleased! This company is FANTASTIC!! 5 STARS!!!

Garage door just broke one afternoon after I got home when I hit the remote to shut it. I heard a funny sound and knew something wasn't right. Same thing had just happened to my neighbors a few weeks earlier. Called my neighbor and asked who they used to fix it and they referred me to Precision. Called Precision at 4:30pm and they were able to send Gregg out the next morning. They gave me an 8am to 10am window and he called right at 8am and said he was fifteen minutes away. When he arrived right on time he explained what had happened--the spring broke as well as the bracket. Also showed me the worn out rollers, cables and leaky ball bearings. Garage door was installed new in 2004 or 2005 and none of the parts had been replaced or serviced before. I went ahead and had everything replaced after his recommendation. According to his assessment, these parts typically wear out after ten years. Two hours later and 679 dollars lighter, the job was finished. I have no idea what other garage door service companies would charge for this kind of work. Gregg said I was getting a special rate advertised on their website. I took his word for it. I was emailed a receipt promptly and have saved the warranty information. As far as I can tell, everything works great and the job was done right. Ask me again in ten years if I am still at this address.

Precision came highly recommend to me from a friend. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. Tim was able to arrive a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and called to confirm if I was available. Tim was very polite and courteous, assessing my problem and informing me of my options. I ended up needing to purchase a new opener. Tim was not pushy at all and answered my questions. I had already watched the video on your website, so I was aware of the types of garage door openers available to me. I purchased a Precision Door opener with a keypad and with two additional remotes. Tim was very quick and efficient and had the door installed in no time. My remotes were programmed quickly and I was all set. I appreciate the prompt response and the expert service I received.

We have used Precision in the past for service and had a positive experience, so called again when our 25 year old wood door broke. Tim inspected the door on Monday and we decided to go ahead and replace it. He returned the next day, as promised, to install the new door. He explained everything he was doing and was very efficient. My initial reaction is that the door is goood looking and very well made and expect to receive long service from it. Great experience!

Spring on the garage door broke at 5 pm on Sunday. We needed service quickly because my wife had knee surgery scheduled on Monday am. Found you on internet called and repairman arrived a little before he was scheduled and had the door operating within an hour. Service was very good, but I was told I could get a receipt by email but none was forwarded. Would be 5 stars, but I emailed a request for the receipt for payment on the next day and now six days later have still not received a receipt for payment. 4 stars.

There's no question about two things: your service is amazing and your prices reflect it. I guess that's fair. The whole experience was great, except for the quote and bill. From the website appointment to the photos of technicians to the manner of your telephone staff, you can't be beat. Precision was recommended to us by someone who had used you before and recommended you to our son. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the knowledge and competence of your installer. Our original door was in bad shape and had started to crack along the frame.
