I called precision doors to look at replacing broken spring. Came out very professional then came the quote for repairs. In my opinion it was a quote that was ridiculously priced. I was told I needed new everything. I was told I needed dual springs instead of single new bearings new cables new rollers. Well I called Apex garage door they came out replaced single spring cables were fine bearings were good they recommended replacing rollers but not an immediate need. Precision wanted 1100.00 for repairs Apex charged me 405.00 huge difference I should have called them from the start. They were way more honest in my opinion.

I was extremely pleased with with the service I received from Precision. They came out the day after I called (my request, they offered to have someone come out in the evening on the Sunday I called) Michael, the technician, was very nice and professional. He did a great job explaining the different options in car garage door openers, and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the “most” expensive one. Great experience. Called and talked to Chelsea, very nice lady, got me in same day. Kayne arrived an hour later, wore a mask the whole time, very friendly,did an inspection and gave me a number of options . He replaced everything but the door in an hour. I wouldn't use anybody else for garage door issues.

We were leaving to pick our mother up from the hospital on Thanksgiving eve and our garage door would not open ( broken springs/track etc). The lady on the phone was friendly, and helpful- within 30 minutes Kayne arrived and spent 4.5 hours repairing our door and all broken equipment. He was informative, efficient and friendly- To have this experience on Thanksgiving eve coupled with our mother in the hospital was stressful- but thanks to Kayne and the rest of the team it turned into a positive outcome. I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door broke and I noticed down the street was a Precision truck. I walked down and asked if they could take a look at it when they were finished. The guys came by and checked it out. They told me what was broken and that they only did installs but to call their company and someone would fix it right. I called and had an appointment the next morning. Gary came out to do our repair and was the best. He examined the garage door thoroughly. He explained everything that needed addressed. He gave me the priority list of what needed fixed now and what needed watched. He then priced it all out while explaining the differences. We chose a plan and he went to work fixing the door. I checked on him a little later and he told me that there had been an error loading his truck. But since that wasn't my fault he gave me a better part for the same price he quoted me. I was shocked. No many companies would have done that. We had a different garage door company sticker above our keypad. You know the ones when you need a number quick you call them. Well before he left I said Gary can you please put a Precision sticker up there so that I can ALWAYS call you guys. This was. a great experience.

Hi Mr. Rapp, Tried to send an e-mail to you and it was sent back. We had the garage door put in on Tuesday. Sounded great when the tech left, but yesterday and today, the door is not as quite. So, I called the office,614-768-6353. She is sending our tech back on Monday. So, I hope things are resolved then. The only other thing is, some time down the line, I may reach out and see if if I can get the Thames window inserts. But all in all, very kind and hard working people you have working for you. We had issues with a Liftmaster opener we had you install 8 years ago. It appeared that the issue was the mother board. Alex Eliopoulos explained our options giving us multiple choices. He was very helpful and there was no pressure for us to decide either way. We ended up getting a new Liftmaster installed and he also corrected another issue for us. The technician, Dustin, thoroughly demonstrated the deteriorated condition of the mechanisms, due to the age of the installation. His truck carried all the necessary parts so he completed the replacements on that first visit. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.
