I had 2 broken springs on my overhead garage door and didn't realize it until I couldn't use the garage door opener and couldn't lift it manually. I called another company that we used in the past and they told me on Friday that they couldn't come out till the following Monday. My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it out. I told them "no thanks." I asked my neighbor for a reference and he told me Precision. They came out the same day. They called ahead to let me know when they would be at my house. My technician (Dustin) was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the problem(s) and gave me more than one estimate depending on how much work I wanted to do. I ended up replacing 2 springs, cabling, ball bearings, bearing plates and all ten rollers. Luckily my overhead door opener was still in good shape and didn't need replacing. My garage door not only works so much better, it's quieter too. I really appreciate the great service I received from Precision and would definitely recommend the company to others.

Called Precision because our opener belt broke over the weekend and they promptly answered the phone and scheduled Tom Palmer to be at our home around 2pm. Tom arrived on time and noticed one of our springs had also broken. He took the time to explain our repair options, and even helped me look for a clip from the belt, that if we found it, would save us money on our repair. Unfortunately we couldn't find it. Tom was friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. Happy with the service we received from Tom and Precision Door Service!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! This time our garage door wouldn't stay down, I call as soon as this happened around 8am and they literally gave me a 10am to noon time frame for service!! That is just unheard of today and fantastic!! Chris W our technician actually arrived 30 min earlier...incredible service. I was thinking the worst that maybe we would need to replace the door opener and maybe even break down and replace our older heavy garage door when in fact, Chris was honest and told us our older equipment was still in great shape and that all we needed was a slight opener adjustment. I can't tell you how much we appreciated his honesty, not trying to sell us something we didn't need and the fact that we only needed the adjustment. This is probably the 4th time in approximately 7-8 years we have needed Precision's help and we have always gotten quick, professional and great service. Their phone number is right in our garage by the inside garage opener so I always know where to find them. Thank you all again for a problem solved efficiently, fast and so professional!!

I had an emergency when the garage door would not open and I couldn't get my car out of the garage to go to work. My insurance company recommended Precision Door Service and stated they have very good ratings. I called Precision and they came to my home that afternoon and fixed a broken metal spring above the door that was 5 inches in diameter and 2 ft in length. The technician named Tom was great to work with. In approximately 1 hour he replaced the broken metal spring with a newer and better spring that has a 3 year warranty and 50,000 uses, meaning the new garage door spring is guaranteed to open and close the door up to 50,000 times. The garage door opens and closes smoothly and is very quiet while in operation. Precision Door Service even honored a $15 dollar coupon that my home insurance company emailed to me to print prior to their arrival. Precision is dependable, has an excellent product at a reason price, the service fee is reasonable, the technician (Tom) was professional courteous and fast! He checked all the mechanics of the other springs and hinges before leaving to insure they were no other metal parts that were no other metal parts that needed repair before he left. We are always so happy with precision garage door!! I wouldn't use anyone else!! In fact we have your phone number right inside the garage right next to our entry into the house!! This time it was about 4:20pm when I had just gotten back from running an errand. I closed the garage door and heard a not so great noise and noticed the door was cockeyed and not closed. I couldn't believe this had happened at that time of the day and on a Friday!! I immediately called your number which I always have handy and talked with rebeccca! I couldn't even believe we could possibly get service later that night!! Wow was I ever surprised and soo happy!! Our wonderful technician even arrived earlier than promised around 7:30 and he worked in the hot hot closed garage and even though our cars were inside he was able to safely and so efficiently repair the broken cable cord and he tightened up everything so that our garage door was straight and working like a gem!!! jWe have a two car garage with a single all wood door which is extremely heavy and the time before precision replaced our large spring coils and they have been the strongest longest lasting large spring coils we have ever had! we have had them replaced multiple times in the past by other companies until we found precision garage doors and their spring coils, still to date, are just perfect!!! We just couldn't be more pleased and I know our neighbors just couldn't believe our cockeyed door was fixed within just a few hours on a Friday and later in the evening when it broke!! We have another neighbor that still have a cockeyed broken door days and days later!! Your company rocks and all the employees from front office to technicians are just the most honest, hardworking, wonderful folks we had the pleasure to do business with!! Thank you all sooo much!!! Unbelievable great fast service!!!
