From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Again, huge shout out and thank you to Tim Jr.. We will be repeat customers as a direct result of his service!

Wow! You don't get service like this anymore. Very smooth from start to finish. Matt, my service technician, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and a great representative of a great company! Both the person answering the phone and our technician, Jason D. who came to do the repair work were as courteous and helpful as people can be. When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Dustin did a great job replacing the double door spring and also put up a new key pad. He answered all of my questions and gave information on what to know about openers and keypads. Well done! A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.

A huge two thumbs up! David Crowe called to tell us he was on his way. He assessed the problem. Actually there was no problem. We thought one of the springs had moved along the rod. He explained that the two springs on either side of the rod were different lengths and that this was by design. For each question we had, David provided a clear answer. We know little about garage doors and he could have sold us something and we would have been none the wiser. I can't say enough good things about Precision and will highly recommend this company to others. Btw, David is definitely a keeper! What a nice guy!

I selected Precision for my mother because we had a coupon for a free service call. I am outraged that she was charged a $20.00 transportation fee. She got a 3 door garage opener when she only has one garage. Simply makes no sense to replace her opener at that expense. The tech said the second opener had the batteries in a bit crooked. It still doesn't work. I will be ordering a second remote from Amazon, exactly the same as your company provided for $32.99. I feel like you took advantage of an 88 year old big time.

David Crowe rebuilt a double and single garage door for us today. He called before arriving and we met with a friendly handshake. We discussed what I wanted from Precision Door Service. David was professional and went to work analyzing the doors. He then reviewed with me what it would take and the cost to replace the hardware and door seals. I agreed with his assessment and he went to work making the needed repairs. Upon completion he explained the Precision warranty, reviewed the invoice for each door, I paid him / Precision, and he emailed me a copy of the work done and a paid receipt. Job well done.
