Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

This was a great experience all the way around. Megan came out to the house and knew so much about garage doors! I ended up getting one with little windows, and it's a game changer. No more walking into a dark cave! And it has a lot of curb appeal. I never thought I would be excited about a garage door, but I love it and it changed the whole look of my house. It came in on time and Joe did a great job installing it. I'm glad I got the door with insulation, so it won't be so cold in the winter. Also, the decorative handles are magnetic, so you can put them wherever you want. I love it!!!

Four years ago, we had Precision install a new door system. The gentleman (Tim) that came to our house reviewed the damaged system and recommended it be replaced. He installed a new door opener. He was very thorough, and we didn't have an issue until this week. One of the springs had to be replaced. Tim related the fact he remembers us because he was the one that did our first repair. He also reminded us that the system was under warranty. Tim did the repairs and maintenance. He was very friendly and finished the repairs in less than a 1/2 hour. We are very happy with Precisions response and level of service.

I was contacted by phone a few minutes after submitting an online request. Technician Jason was at our house within an hour of submitting the request. He fixed the problem, and suggested and completed a few things to better stabilized the process of the door opening and closing. I was very pleased with the service provided today by Adam Huston this morning. Adam was friendly and professional, explained the issue and made the repair quickly. He also identified other issues with the door that would cause issues in the future. The opener was 7-years old and needed maintenance. I was also pleased Precision has same day service because of an appointment later today. I certainly had to get my car out of the garage. Highly recommend Precision and will use them in the future.

Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.

I've been a Precision customer for a many years. Only 45 minutes passed from the time I called Precision to schedule a service call until John A. pulled into the driveway. WOW!!! Called for estimate for new garage doors and openers.Received immediate response and had Alana in my driveway within 2 hours. She was very polite and extremely professional and listened intently to our needs. She was able to explain the proposals in detail and gave us multiple options to consider. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase new garage doors and was promised install within a few days. Doors were purchased on Tuesday and install scheduled for the following Tuesday. I do not foresee any issues and if install technician is as professional as Alana we will be ecstatic! ????
