Making the appointment was quick and easy with the courteous customer service person. I called in the morning and Tim, the Service Technician, arrived on time in the afternoon. In a matter of minutes the problem was diagnosed and resolved. In addition, Tim checked out the door opener and performed a safety check. Everything was in good working order and the best of all, the service was covered under the garage door opener warranty. Tim was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I have been a long time customer and will continue to use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Tech was Joe. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, gave multiple repair options. Twenty two year old door. Opener quit and needed replaced. Had springs, rollers and shaft bushings replaced as well. He programed all remotes. Great job. Less than two hours for everything.

We were very pleased with the quick response after calling for service. Turned out there was a cancelation and Dmitri was able to get to our house about an hour after we made contact. Our issue was that the garage door was not closing consistently. It would just stop after a few feet then go back up unless we held down on the pad the entire time. Dmitri replaced the sensors and made a couple of other modifications as he felt the door was not acting right. This was all done at no cost as we had extensive work done on our door last year. Precision is the BEST service company I have ever seen. Dmitri is also first rate and goes above and beyond. I would confidently recommend Precision Door Service to anyone!

As we're reminded daily of the challenges surrounding the shortage of qualified/competent employees along with preferred supply materials for the associated industry - I was first impressed by the planning and schedule customer service coordinator with Precision Door Service. Followed up by the arrival of Dustin, the installation technician who was attentive to our needs, confident in his assessment of the existing garage door equipment at our home - and knowledgeable in translating the solution and the associated time and cost with our project. We could not have been more impressed by the professionalism presented by the entire Precision team. I got your name from my neighbor; in fact Lashad also repaired her garage door. Lashad was very professional and I felt very comfortable while he was here as I live by myself. He also programmed my car door opener as I am not able to drive my car at the moment.

It was a rocky start to say the least. My order was confused with an order in Arkansas. In the end, the technician was great, the service was wonderful, the management stood by an over-the-phone quote for pricing that was well below what it should have been. The technician was polite, explained everything, worked on my behalf and didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. I cannot help but recommend a team that worked so hard and went above and beyond expectations to treat me more than fairly.

Service techs (Dave and Dave) were excellent. Got here early on a Saturday, gave multiple repair options and zero pressure. Replaced two springs, bearings, and a few brackets and door works great! My only complaint is the price - I went with the lowest price option and it was $1200…seems pricey for two hours of work using basic parts. Two average springs for $300 each? 4 hinges at $25 each (I can buy these at Wal Mart for about $6/each)? End bearing plates - 2 at $120 each? I guess I was thinking it would be around half of that but next time I will get a second opinion. My suggestion would be to use this company if you need quick service but if you have the time explore other options.

The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again
