Bill and Kourtney did a wonderful job. They called 30 minutes before arrival and introduced themselves once they arrived. What nice young men! Professional. Friendly. Informative. They replaced my 20 year old garage door opener and everything needed to make it work efficiently. After installation they proceeded to explain how to operate the new opener. I appreciate all Bill and Kourtney did while at my condo. Thanks for your assistance and kindness. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

They were timely and came out when they said they would. I ended up going with another company bc Precision was way overpriced. I saved almost $2000 going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and get other estimates. It will save you money by looking at other places.

Quick and reliable service, friendly technicians. Today, I was surprised when the technician repaired my garage door opener in just five minutes and did not charge me for the visit, as it was within a year of his last visit.

The service tech was professional, curious and prepared to remove and replace my old door opener. He came on time and did a great job. One feature I like is connecting the Genie opener to my WIFI network giving me the ability to monitor the door.

Our experience with Precision was, as always, exceptionally positive. We asked for David Crowe to be the technician sent to repair or replace our garage door opener. We requested David because of the excellent work he had completed for us in the past. In fact, David is one of the primary reasons we use Precision. David is knowledgeable, professional and personable. When David arrived, it took him just a moment or two to identify the problem, which he explained to us in layman terms. With our approval, David replaced the garage door opener quickly and we could not be happier with his work. We will continue to ask for David whenever we have garage door issues, and we will continue to refer him and Precision to our friends and neighbors.
