When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Dustin did a great job replacing the double door spring and also put up a new key pad. He answered all of my questions and gave information on what to know about openers and keypads. Well done! Quick and efficient!

A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.

A huge two thumbs up! David Crowe called to tell us he was on his way. He assessed the problem. Actually there was no problem. We thought one of the springs had moved along the rod. He explained that the two springs on either side of the rod were different lengths and that this was by design. For each question we had, David provided a clear answer. We know little about garage doors and he could have sold us something and we would have been none the wiser. I can't say enough good things about Precision and will highly recommend this company to others. Btw, David is definitely a keeper! What a nice guy!

I selected Precision for my mother because we had a coupon for a free service call. I am outraged that she was charged a $20.00 transportation fee. She got a 3 door garage opener when she only has one garage. Simply makes no sense to replace her opener at that expense. The tech said the second opener had the batteries in a bit crooked. It still doesn't work. I will be ordering a second remote from Amazon, exactly the same as your company provided for $32.99. I feel like you took advantage of an 88 year old big time.

Perfect customer service. Called and they were their within 2 hours. And then finished the repair with a new motor within 2 hours. David Crowe rebuilt a double and single garage door for us today. He called before arriving and we met with a friendly handshake. We discussed what I wanted from Precision Door Service. David was professional and went to work analyzing the doors. He then reviewed with me what it would take and the cost to replace the hardware and door seals. I agreed with his assessment and he went to work making the needed repairs. Upon completion he explained the Precision warranty, reviewed the invoice for each door, I paid him / Precision, and he emailed me a copy of the work done and a paid receipt. Job well done.

The process and the service exceeded my expectations as they were very professional and convenient. Making the appointment was quick and easy with the courteous customer service person. I called in the morning and Tim, the Service Technician, arrived on time in the afternoon. In a matter of minutes the problem was diagnosed and resolved. In addition, Tim checked out the door opener and performed a safety check. Everything was in good working order and the best of all, the service was covered under the garage door opener warranty. Tim was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I have been a long time customer and will continue to use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Tech was Joe. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, gave multiple repair options. Twenty two year old door. Opener quit and needed replaced. Had springs, rollers and shaft bushings replaced as well. He programed all remotes. Great job. Less than two hours for everything.

Lake was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual and polite. Poor guy got rained on, like terrential down pour but he kept doing the job. Gave us multiple options after checking everything. Our entire experience was exceptional and even went beyond our expectations! Both the person answering the phone and our technician, Jason D. who came to do the repair work were as courteous and helpful as people can be. Jason was thorough in assessing the problems, not only identifying the primary problem, but thoroughly assessing the system overall, so that we could make intelligent decisions about all repairs that needed to be made. He fixed everything we asked him to in an efficient and thorough manner. The work left us with an even better functioning garage door system than we had when the existing one was installed. We've seen your advertising on tv and you definitely live up to your slogan--a name you can trust. The entire repair from our phone call to the service call being completed only took 2.5 hours. We definitely know we have someone we can trust when we need garage door repair in the future. THANK YOU!!
