Joe showed up well within the time frame we had been given. He was very thorough when assessing the problem. He gave us several choices as to what we could have him install to fix the problem. Once we decided what we wanted him to do, he had parts on his truck and was able to get the garage door opening and closing within an hour.

Dylan was professional, thorough, and explained ny options well. I accepted all his recommendations. Shortly after he arrived, he determined the problem was a broken spring (not visible). He pulled the system apart and showed me the broken spring. Installed the new items in about an hour. Works great JT

We had a Spring break on our garage door; Tim came over and was on time for when he said he would be there. He went above and beyond what he had to do to get our garage door working again and showed me a few tips on how to keep it working great. After my experience I will be only going to them from now on. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Columbus area needing garage door repair or service!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Walker Furpahs, the technician who repaired my garage door when the torsion bar system failed. He clearly explained that installing double springs would be a more suitable option given the size and weight of my door. Throughout the process, Walker meticulously described each step and his reasoning behind it. His attention to detail was evident as he carefully inspected all aspects of the repair. Despite it being 6:00 p.m. and his final appointment for the day, Walker ensured the project was completed to a high standard. Additionally, he fabricated a custom bracket from angle iron due to the absence of a stud, demonstrating resourcefulness where only half-inch wood over drywall was available for spring support. Rather than opting for a less secure solution, which could have resulted in future failure, he prioritized safety and durability. I highly recommend Walker Furpahs for any garage door service needs.

I had a garage door installed by Precision last winter and noticed a few items that I wanted to have reviewed. Precision was able to have someone out the same day and Joe Worley came out to lubricate the belt mechanism and adjust one of the cable alignment areas. Be aware of your pricing on parts before you contact them. They wanted $265 per strut to help support the door but, was willing to price match Menards at $20 per strut. They charged me well over $300 per spring and you can get them from Meards for under $100 each. I will ondy use them again if it is a warranty issue.

Bill and Kourtney did a wonderful job. They called 30 minutes before arrival and introduced themselves once they arrived. What nice young men! Professional. Friendly. Informative. They replaced my 20 year old garage door opener and everything needed to make it work efficiently. After installation they proceeded to explain how to operate the new opener. They were timely and came out when they said they would. I ended up going with another company bc Precision was way overpriced. I saved almost $2000 going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and get other estimates. It will save you money by looking at other places.
