I was contacted by phone a few minutes after submitting an online request. Technician Jason was at our house within an hour of submitting the request. He fixed the problem, and suggested and completed a few things to better stabilized the process of the door opening and closing. Jason was professional and very good/thorough with his work, and I would recommend using Jason and Precision Garage Door Service.

I was very pleased with the service provided today by Adam Huston this morning. Adam was friendly and professional, explained the issue and made the repair quickly. He also identified other issues with the door that would cause issues in the future. The opener was 7-years old and needed maintenance. I was also pleased Precision has same day service because of an appointment later today. I certainly had to get my car out of the garage. Highly recommend Precision and will use them in the future.

Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.

I've been a Precision customer for a many years. Only 45 minutes passed from the time I called Precision to schedule a service call until John A. pulled into the driveway. WOW!!! John introduced himself, evaluated the problem and presented several repair options with different price points. We discussed the options. No pressure. Just honest evaluation of the options. I made my decision of the repairs to be performed and John went to work. A few hours later the work was completed. The door worked like new. John was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to trust Precision for my garage door needs and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Called for estimate for new garage doors and openers.Received immediate response and had Alana in my driveway within 2 hours. She was very polite and extremely professional and listened intently to our needs. She was able to explain the proposals in detail and gave us multiple options to consider. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase new garage doors and was promised install within a few days. Doors were purchased on Tuesday and install scheduled for the following Tuesday. I do not foresee any issues and if install technician is as professional as Alana we will be ecstatic! ????

From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Again, huge shout out and thank you to Tim Jr.. We will be repeat customers as a direct result of his service!

Wow! You don't get service like this anymore. Very smooth from start to finish. Matt, my service technician, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and a great representative of a great company! He patiently explained all my options, answered all my questions and then got to work. My garage door was up and running in under an hour. Our entire experience was exceptional and even went beyond our expectations! Both the person answering the phone and our technician, Jason D. who came to do the repair work were as courteous and helpful as people can be. Jason was thorough in assessing the problems, not only identifying the primary problem, but thoroughly assessing the system overall, so that we could make intelligent decisions about all repairs that needed to be made. He fixed everything we asked him to in an efficient and thorough manner. The work left us with an even better functioning garage door system than we had when the existing one was installed. We've seen your advertising on tv and you definitely live up to your slogan--a name you can trust. The entire repair from our phone call to the service call being completed only took 2.5 hours. When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Dustin did a great job replacing the double door spring and also put up a new key pad. He answered all of my questions and gave information on what to know about openers and keypads. Well done!
