Tim came out quickly to help us. Our opener no longer worked and Tim was able to put in a new belt driven device within one hour. Tim was very professional and took time to explain the new owner and answer questions. Thank you Tim! I highly recommend using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

My opener had been on the blink for months and I decided to get it repaired. Precision had tons of good reviews so I chose them. Dustin called and said he could be earlier than scheduled, great! He sadly could not resurrect my old opener but replaced it on the spot with a newer much quieter one. He did a great job and explained the new one. My partner and I very much enjoyed spending a few minutes just chatting with him afterward, he has an A+ personality! Would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

My technician was so patient and polite. I was 10 minutes late unfortunately but he was so understanding. He was efficient and went over and beyond lubricating the tracks on the door and he even did something that eliminated the loud noise the door would make when it opened and closed. I also love that they answerred the phone after a couple rings and got someone out same day. They sent an appointment confirmation email and it listed all the technicians with pictures so you're aware of who is coming to service your request. I was impressed by their concern for their customers safety. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

Greg came out to our house on Sunday after a truck had driven into our door. He took measurements and showed us samples. Was back on Monday morning and installed our door. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, patience, and skills. He is a great ambassador for your company!

Service was great! I called at around 11:45 to schedule an appointment. They offered one for me between 2-4 pm the same day. Then, the tech called me at 12:40 and explained that he had a schedule change and could come earlier if that worked for me! By 1:15 the garage door was repaired and working better than before! Tim was the tech and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Great prompt efficient service! Thank you.

My garage door spring had broken at 330pm. I contacted Precision at 340pm. I was told that they had an opening for service between 4-6pm. Tim arrived at 420pm and was done installing the work at 5pm. I don't think it can get any better than that. Great job Tim!

Called your company based off a web search. Your ad said 7 day a week service,and I really needed my garage fixed today. I called at 8:39AM and my garage was good as new by 11AM. Fantastic service, good prices, and a great employee! Jason replaced the springs, and did some other maintenance on my garage and opener.
