My garage door spring had broken at 330pm. I contacted Precision at 340pm. I was told that they had an opening for service between 4-6pm. Tim arrived at 420pm and was done installing the work at 5pm. I don't think it can get any better than that. Great job Tim!

Tech was early, professional, and did an overall great job. Kudos on your mobile app and paperless process. Very slick to get my invoice emailed as the tech is standing there. Would definitely use again, and recommend to friends and family. Great experience!

It was a pleasure to have a knowledgeable service tech with an obvious passion for his job. He took the time to offer several alternatives to address the problem which was a damaged garage door. And he even took the time to provide a temporary fix. We are looking forward to the installation of our new garage doors.

After two previous attempts to repair/warranty replace my garage door opener, Eric came onsite today and within less than 20 minutes had my garage door opener working. Called your company based off a web search. Your ad said 7 day a week service,and I really needed my garage fixed today. I called at 8:39AM and my garage was good as new by 11AM. Fantastic service, good prices, and a great employee! Jason replaced the springs, and did some other maintenance on my garage and opener. Service was great! I called at around 11:45 to schedule an appointment. They offered one for me between 2-4 pm the same day. Then, the tech called me at 12:40 and explained that he had a schedule change and could come earlier if that worked for me! By 1:15 the garage door was repaired and working better than before! Tim was the tech and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Great prompt efficient service! Thank you.
