We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. It was not cheap but Tim did a great job and replaced the spring. I would highly recommend Precision based on the phenomenal customer service we received. Thanks!

I was looking for someone close to my home. I called to have a broken spring replaced, knowing I would replace both of them. I didn’t expect the cost (Sticker Shock) but we elected to have the repair done anyway.

This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!

Gary L. showed up on time. Was most courteous. He explained all the repairs necessary. He replaced our springs, rollers, cables, shaft, and bearings. Gary gave different prices for different materials. Then proceeded to fix the problems fast and efficiently. I cannot recommend precisian door service or Gary L. high enough and will recommend them to anyone who asks if they need a repair.

Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!

I called Precision at 10:30am and they sent a technician out the same day within 3 hours. Jesse Burns the tech was knowledgeable. He work fast and at the end he explained how everything worked and he programed all the openers for me. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Bad experience…. One of our springs broke but the door was still working. I called the night before so we could be on the schedule the next day. Talked to someone about the cost and she told me depending on the spring $65-118 each installed. When the tech showed up it was not the tech I was told or the tech in the email. After he looked at my door, he gave us three quotes. $520, $960 and $1500. The door is not that old and should not need a complete rebuild. Told the tech we are going to get another quote and he said that will be $49.95 for the service call unless we have work done. We then asked him to just do the springs. Looking at the invoice he charged $120 per spring plus a $20 fleet transportation fee???? Total $278.20 when we tried to use the $15 off coupon from the website he said he could not take it because he gave us a good deal and upgraded our springs. This is not a company I will be recommending and I think it awful how they are out to sell something you don’t need. They are not a company that is in your best interest. Stay away….

Everything needed to be replaced except for the door. Kayne was the technician. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly the problems so that I could choose the best solution. I discovered my garage door spring was broken late on Sunday. After sending out requests for estimates through Home Advisor and Angie's list, Precision Door Service was the first to call early Monday morning. They came out and replaced the spring within hours and for about half of what Home Advisor estimated. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for this type of repair.
