Tim, the service person, was good. However, despite talking to scheduling person and describing the need for new batteries, and despite an email to them describing the need for battery replacement, the service person arrived without batteries and told me batteries were backordered. Admin to service person to customer communications were POOR!

Great experience, I had previously called another company to solve our garage door issue and they were unable to do anything, Precision technician instead solved the problem, did not charge us an astronomical fee, came on time, called us 15 minutes before arriving, and, very important, the appointment was for 6 pm at night, which allowed me not to miss work. I definitively recommend this company.

My experience with Precision Door Service has been exceptional. I called them because my "recommended" service company could not come out to fix my garage door for 5 days. Precision took my call immediately, was very polite, and had my service scheduled within hours. Tim arrived early and diagnosed my problem immediately. Our garage door suddenly tore and detached, as a result of the spring breaking. We called several garage door companies on a Saturday, hoping that someone would be available to respond that day. David, from Precision, was at our door within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was prepared to show us replacement options. He told us he could replace the door by Wednesday, and he did. David was extremely knowledgeable and professional; and a very nice guy, too. We were extremely happy with the service that he provided. Precision called promptly first thing in the morning and setup a quick appointment. David called advising what time he will arrive, and he did arrived spot on. David explained the broken springs and how it works, and he also took the time to explain that the rollers could use replacing. He gave me a quote which I agreed and he finished the whole repair in less than an hour. Overall, a good experience with David and Precision Door.

We had a broken spring in the garage on a Sunday morning. We didn't know if anyone would be open but sure enough Precision Garage Doors were and they came to us in the evening which was the time we had requested. The technician educated us as to what was wrong and helped fix the door within an hour. The service was excellent and the technician even helped lube the other garage door and fix the keypad at a small charge. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I would recommend them whole- heartedly to anyone.

Today is Saturday, March 28th. We opened the garage door with the opener like normal, but heard a load bang. The spring had broken. The door is a very heavy wooden door and it was all my wife and I could do to open it from the inside. I'm sure that we could not have opened it from outside with no handles. I called around to several door companies that I had dealt with in the past, but no one was open. I called Precision and was told that John would be out within 2 1/2 hours. John came in about 45 minutes and repairs were made within about 1 hour. I could not be happier with their service. I would highly rate them and will use them again when I replace these wooden doors. Excellent service!
