When I called Precision Garage door, it was initially because they don’t have ‘out of normal hours’ charges, and what a relief. My technician, Derek, was extremely professional and very nice. I have technical repair experience myself, and he didn’t talk down to me, and explained everything. Even showed me the springs and parts he had that were available to be used for my setup. Went with the upgrades, and I am 100% confident this will last me a long time. The warranty is also excellent, even if I think it’s unlikely I’ll need warranty service! I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs service, or a new install. The price is absolutely worth the peace of mind. Thank you!

Our garage door is 9 years old, we noticed a defect on the lateral sides more the right than the left, the wind will make the door to shake. I contacted the company and made an appointment for that to be repaired. Michael was our technician, he was personable, professional and client friendly. He listened to our concerns, he explained the findings and the options to resolve them. He fixed the defect of the door and also replaced the springs. I called yesterday morning 5/4/22 and before noon Jonathon S the tech come he explained my option and cost for repair or replacement of garage door. I decided on a new door Jonathon made all the arrangement. Aaron Foster the installer came around 4 pm with the new door and around one hour I had a new garage door the same day. Jonathon And Aaron were super nice and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for all your repairs. Thank You, Bob P. decided to replace the door

I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem - broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.
