After 2 phone calls and being on hold for over 15 minutes with other garage door companies, I called Precision shortly before 5 p.m. A technichian was on my doorstep promptly at 7 and service, replacing a broken spring, was completed within the hour. The technician was professional and the quality of repair was high as was every aspect of interaction with Precision. I appreciate the quality of service. I highly recommend Precision. I was looking for quick service and the 24/7 and same day service caught my attention. I needed a new door. The appointment was set for the next day and I got a quick estimate and appointment for the work to be completed. It was Sunday afternnon and my family and I were ready to head out for dinner. Our garage door spring was inop. I called Percision at 6:30 and received a confirmation for emergency service between 9-11 Pm. Gary arrives at about 7:20 and was very courteous and quick at diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate for the repair. We agreed on price and he go to work. In just over an hour he was completely finished and the door was working perfectly!! Thanks Garya and thanks Percision! I'm one completely satisfied customer.

Garage door wasn't closing properly. Approx 4 years ago I had springs replaced (due to broken spring)as well as complete overhaul. Back then I thought maybe I overpaid but did receive guaranty for parts and labor Tech was on time very courteous, knew what he was doing and overall was great experience. My only concern was that warranty said parts and labor and was a little surprized I had to pay for service call.

Service was great & the price was reasonable. Technician came out on a Sunday because my door had broken the night before. We set up an appointment to replace the entire door once it was determined it could not be repaired. Overall very satisfied with the level of service and the very quick response.would call them again.
