We had a new garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door today. We have used Precision Garage Door in the past as they installed a new garage door for us in 2022. After calling the service line they came out the same day (and we called after 2:00 PM!) Adam M the installer was super! He presented us with our choices and had the new opener up and running in less than an hour. He also lubricated the garage door... Thank you! Recommended Precision Garage Door to my son when he had a problem and would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.

Great service! The first person I spoke with when requiring about some needed door repairs, was very courteous and friendly. She made my appointment that suited my needs and gave me a time between 3 and 6. To my surprise, she called back and said she had a technician in the area that could arrive by 1:00. Matt arrived on time, examined my needs and gave me a quote. Within 10 minutes he called me to inspect his work, which was exactly as I requested. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to my friends.

I called at 5:00 PM and Walker came out by 8:40 PM He replaced both springs and some bearings that were bad and was finished in about an hour. Excellent service and friendly knowable repairman, and a fair price for everything. I'm very satisfied!

I received a prompt appointment to fix my broken garage door. David assessed my 20 year old garage doors and provided recommendations for fixing and rehabilitating the garage doors. I was interested in replacing my 20 year old openers, and David provided an immediate quote. Upon my approval, he fixed two garage doors and installed two openers. He had the parts and openers stocked in his truck. David worked well into the evening on a Sunday to complete the work. I appreciate his great workmanship and effort.

All around great experience starting with booking the appointment with the live agent who answered the call on a Saturday for what was hopefully a same day appointment. Fortunately they had a slot open late afternoon where other companies could not accommodate me before the new years holiday. Not only did I get an appointment same day but the technician arrived early. Chaz was my technician and he was excellent. Clearly knows his field, provided great service and was an excellent representative for the firm. He was personable, efficient, and informative throughout the entire process. Would happily recommend him and the firm to anyone needing garage door service.

Bottom Line - Adam H did a great job. I called Precision at 11 AM with both cars stuck in the garage and Adam arrived at 1:30. Slightly over an hour later he had replaced the old ( 5 years and 2 months old) Torquemaster that had failed with a new tested torsion spring system. I also upgraded the rollers to the sealed bearing design and he eliminated the noise that the original installer was unable to fix. Very professional and efficient.

I don't know if the price I paid was good, relative to other options, but the service was outstanding, both on the phone when I placed my request and from the technician, David. Very high quality company.
