Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The Technician (Dave) called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to advise he was on his way. He then arrived promptly, was very courteous with great insight and expertise. He presented me with options then completed repairs/maintenance efficiently. Very pleasant experience and Dave is asset to your organization.

Called Precision Door at 4:45PM requesting service for a broken spring. The service technician called the house at 5:00PM saying he would be at the house in 15 minutes. He arrived at exactly 5:15PM. The spring was replaced and he was headed for home in 45 minutes. The spring was originally replaced, by Precision, in 2008 with a life time warranty. The replacement spring was installed at no charge for the part. We only paid for the service call. Excellent service.

Did a great job! Tim came out to look at our door and determined it needed replaced. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, in a color to match our siding and it was installed 3 days later. Tim had the job done in 4 1/2 hours and it looks beautiful! Thank you so much.

I had a new garage door opener installed. Precision was called one day and they came the next morning on time. Very quick service. Tom, the installer was very pleasant and cleaned up after he installed the unit. I have used Precision in the past and very satisfied with the work done.

Our garage door was popping up when we tried to close it. We expected the opener would need to be replaced. First he checked the existing cables, tracks, sensors, etc. He adjusted a sagging cable and the opening height. He found the track was shimmying and suggested adding a stabilizing bracket. The adjustments and new bracket fixed the problem for little more than the cost of a service call. When we actually do need a replacement, we will call Precision again.

Great, Prompt Service - A couple of minor track adjustments needed after a new door install from about 30 days ago. Derrick was courteous, professional, and punctual. He ensured that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. On occasion, problems occur, but its the action and attitude of the company and its team to remedy the issue that matter most.

The technician, Tom, was professional and efficient and appears to have completed all of the work required plus did maintenance to ensure the other parts were lubricated and working correctly. My only concern was that I was somewhat taken aback by the cost, but I assume that is not out of line with that type of garage door repair

The technician who showed up to repair my garage door was professional and didn't try to convince me to purchase more than was needed. He took the time to explain my current system and how it compares to what's on the market. This was an emergency call that was handled very quickly. Eric was the technician. I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.
