Whoo hoo! This process was seamless! As well the broken up payments were a life saver & very much appreciated! The best part of the day was my service tech, Dmitri. He was not only pleasant but incredibly kind & courteous. He identified the issue & went to work straight away. He even took the extra time to look at the single bay door which was acting wonky that your company also installed in 2010. It isn't ready for replacement yet but we will certainly be calling you when it is ready. Thank you so much for your time & effort as well as the incredible quality of customer service. Service tech was good and service was prompt. But the pricing was taking advantage of us as we had limited choice and need out garage Door repaired. If we have have to utilize services for the door we won’t call you.

After 19 years, our garage door opener failed. We also had a broken spring, which is what prompted me to call Precision at around 3 pm today. Dustin arrived by 6 pm, and worked while we ate dinner and left us with a new system that was probably long overdue. He was personable, well versed in his field, and helpful in every way. I could not recommend Dustin and Precision more confidently. I’ve used new start ups in the past, never again. Great job, Precision !

We had used Precision before for our garage door needs and were always very satisfied, especially with the same day service. So, when we needed to replace our door, we called Precision. Megan came that day and explained everything to us and we picked out the door and opener we wanted. Within several weeks our door was installed and the new very quiet opener put in. Our installer even went above and beyond and set up the openers in our cars and our phones. We are very, very pleased. Will recommend them to everyone.

Incredible service. From online chat Saturday evening to completion of repair by noon on Sunday w/o weekend premium rates was nothing short of amazing. David C was professional and personable while also incredibly efficient. Replaced the broken extension spring type to a torsion spring type in just a few hours. Same day AMAZING service! Tim came out the SAME DAY that we called and replaced the entire existing garage door opening system THAT DAY. Since we wanted the WiFi enabled system and the second door needed a total installation, Tim was back as promised SUNDAY morning and finished the job right and the first time. I have used Precision in the Akron area in the past. I’m now living in the Columbus area. When my garage door opener failed on a recent Saturday, I called them. They sent out crew to my house a couple of hours after my call. The technicians installed a new garage door opener and spring system. I was very pleased with the crew’s work and professionalism. The crew took the time to review the system’s features. The new garage door opener works smoothly and quietly. I highly recommended Precision.

Our technician (David (A) - Simpson) was excellent! He was very professional and thorough. If we ever have garage door issues again, we will probably choose Precision and hope we get David! David diagnosed our issue as a bad motor. We definitely would have had David install a new one if the estimate of a Genie 1/2 HP chain drive ($695, $595 with coupon) would have been within $100 of a Loew's Genie 3/4 HP belt drive ($392 installed), but the $200 difference was too much to ignore! Actually, I installed myself and saved an additional $100. I don't mind paying for good service, but don't appreciate being gouged. Again, nothing but great reviews for David, just not impressed with Precision's pricing!
