After 19 years, our garage door opener failed. We also had a broken spring, which is what prompted me to call Precision at around 3 pm today. Dustin arrived by 6 pm, and worked while we ate dinner and left us with a new system that was probably long overdue. He was personable, well versed in his field, and helpful in every way. I could not recommend Dustin and Precision more confidently. I’ve used new start ups in the past, never again. Great job, Precision !

What a great experience. The technician, Kanye, that came out was amazing and had a great personality. He clearly knew what he was doing, had all the parts to do the job - no matter what option I chose from the three he gave me. We had used Precision before for our garage door needs and were always very satisfied, especially with the same day service. So, when we needed to replace our door, we called Precision. Megan came that day and explained everything to us and we picked out the door and opener we wanted. Within several weeks our door was installed and the new very quiet opener put in. Our installer even went above and beyond and set up the openers in our cars and our phones. We are very, very pleased. Will recommend them to everyone.

Same day AMAZING service! Tim came out the SAME DAY that we called and replaced the entire existing garage door opening system THAT DAY. Since we wanted the WiFi enabled system and the second door needed a total installation, Tim was back as promised SUNDAY morning and finished the job right and the first time. I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Called Precision Door at 4:45PM requesting service for a broken spring. The service technician called the house at 5:00PM saying he would be at the house in 15 minutes. He arrived at exactly 5:15PM. The spring was replaced and he was headed for home in 45 minutes. The spring was originally replaced, by Precision, in 2008 with a life time warranty. The replacement spring was installed at no charge for the part. We only paid for the service call. Excellent service.

Did a great job! Tim came out to look at our door and determined it needed replaced. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, in a color to match our siding and it was installed 3 days later. Tim had the job done in 4 1/2 hours and it looks beautiful! Thank you so much.
