Apparently, my garage door cables and other parts had worn out which prevented the door from opening, even when manually applied. My wife checked the internet and contacted Precision Door who arrived within the hour. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me the problem can be fixed and at a reasonable cost, and 45 minutes later the garage door worked liked new. I highly recommend Precision Door for any issues with your garage doors. Very happy with the service and price.

I was quoted a price for a new spring for our garage door over the phone. However, when the installer showed up, we found out we needed a different, more expensive system installed. I showed my frustration and the GM called me and said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that they could do it for the price I was told over the phone. The installer, Dustin, was very professional and kind and got the job done. That’s what customer service is all about ??????????

Tim Jr did a great job, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem I was having (door was raising after I shut it & was not raising as much as it should have). He adjusted the current opener and the adjustment worked, although he said the 18-year-old opener could fail at any time. It failed as he was leaving, so he returned & installed a new one. It all took about 2.5 hours & I am very satisfied. Thanks

My garage door stopped working, of course the car was in the garage. Called Precision on a Saturday night the service man, Tim, was there before 10 the next morning. He gave me two options, fix everything, or fix just what was broken. I wanted everything fixed or replaced if it was worn or broken. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left no mess. Made sure the door was working properly before he left and put in two new light bulbs in my garage door opener. Would recommend Precision to others in my condo community.

Tim was right on time and was very helpful. He evaluated our issue and got right to work fixing it. He did a great job of not only talking us through it, but also showing us (how to program the remotes, keypad, etc.). Our garage door broke late Saturday night. I went on home adviser and was able to get in touch Percision Door service Service and make an appointment for the next day at 2:00. Dustin arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He completed the work in a timely and neat manner. When completed he explained and showed us what he did. I was a little taken back with the cost, but overall very satisfied at this point.
